This is the best Olive Garden. The ambience and decor is fantastic. Managers and staff are amazing. I was quickly and warmly greeted. Amy was my server and was the best. I love that the salad had 6 olives. Every other OG I’ve been to you only get one—two if you’re lucky. My only recommendation is to get new self serve kiosks for payment—mine wouldn’t let me enter a custom tip. Whenever I’d try to move it it would instantly slide to either 0% or 200%. Other than that everything was perfect.

This is a great Olive Garden: the place is run well, all staff members are great, waitresses are on top of everything, it’s clean and cozy. I have been several times, with bigger parties on busy Sunday and on quiet days for lunch and the experience was consistent. Same with food: everything is on point and as expected. From soups to breadsticks and anything else you order on the menu, it is beautifully executed, and flavors are there. I love their tortellini, the grilled chicken is super moist and their Alfredo sauce is perfect. Hubby asked for a spicy option, waitress recommended the Calabrian steak and shrimps bucatini and he absolutely loved it!

No complaints, the salad bowl was filled with tomatoes ,olives ,which sometimes.hard to find but this particular olive garden was great! Soup was hot and delicious! The minestrone cause I am vegetarian, good to find something tomato /vegetable based!

The server we had was the BEST server we have had anywhere!! Andrea was amazing! She was so attentive and took such good care of us!! She was awesome with our three kids and catered to us all!! Upon coming in the two hostesses were not very friendly and told us it would only be a minute that the table was being cleaned, we waited awhile before we finally got seated. I didn’t understand why we had to wait so long for them to clean the table when there were many empty tables. The soup was really good this time the last time we went here the soup was cold. Food was ok not great but since Andrea was so great it made all those other problems not so bad, thank goodness for her! My family talked about her the whole way home! We will have to request her next time!

Very average food quality. There was really nothing that was that great or memorable. The lasagna clasico had WAY too much tomato sauce for a lasagna that was supposedly meat sauce. The calamari was large thick chewy rings that were tough to bite through. The coating was crispy and had a good flavor. The coke zero was awesome.

Olive Garden food is always very consistent. Unfortunately, so is the extremely poor service. I can’t remember a time I was here and actually received good service. Soup and salad coming out after the main meal, breadsticks non existent, and refills… forget about it. Had to ration melted ice drops.
It’s a shame, because their food is very good. I am not in the restaurant business, but I would be lead to assume their employees must be severely underpaid, since they can’t seem to find anyone who can service a table.
If you are not in a rush, and do not mind paying for very very bad service, I recommend coming here.
If you do not want a refill on your tea or soda, I recommend coming here.
Now I know why their soup and salad are “unlimited”. They just don’t bring it to you.

Went to Olive Garden in Easton Pa , on Thursday 12/18/2025. Food was ok. Salad was big chunks small amount of dressing. We requested extra cheese. Waiter didn’t listen. My daughter & I sat in the bar area at a table. ( not our choice) waiter was not prompt. Had to remind him for refill of drinks & breadsticks. Waiter brought out my daughter’s soup (2)bowls b4 the appetizer. She had her 2nd bowl of soup b4 I was served my entrée. I just asked for a box to go when i was given food. The waiter had 3 tables at the time but he was ringing up gift certificates for costumers climbing a ladder putting away alcohol . Service was absolutely terrible!!

My family and I have visited Easton’s Olive Garden many times over the years, but lately the experience has gone downhill. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu, the tables (and even the area under them) were not clean, and the food quality has really slipped.
Portions are noticeably smaller — even the salad is half the size it used to be, lacking flavor and drenched in dressing. The breadsticks looked like old store-bought rolls, and my main dish, the Seafood Alfredo, was dry and tasteless.
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this location anymore.

Ordering from party menu not recommended. Photo on left shows what you think you’ll get for $100. Photos on right are what you get. A half filled pan of thin layers. and let’s just say dry is an understatement! for bringing it directly from the restaurant to the gathering, this was an embarrassment. The salad had so many red onions it over powered the room. Bad choice shop wisely.

I ordered takeout and went to pick it up myself. The wait times were long. I ordered the stuffed ziti fritta, and as you can tell by the picture, it was overcooked and had burnt pieces throughout. The breadsticks and chicken were good, but the pasta was hard in some spots. I’ve had better experience at the Whitehall location.
