The service is usually decent here BUT I ordered here with my girlfriend recently, guy told me I couldn’t get a biscuit as a side even tho its a side on the menu at the drive thru. After I get my chicken sandwich it looks like a giant shoe, its undercooked,way overbreaded, and no pickles at all barely any mayo. They got my side wrong I only got a thing of just beans no rice when i aksed for potatoes. They didnt have honey, or the sauce i wanted. Waited for a fresh chicken sandwich only for them to give me this. There also was this guy who looked like he didnt work there, sweatpants, hoodie, headphones on, vape and hands all over his head and face going in and out the kitchen grabbing, making food.

I went here with my boyfriend last night. I got a chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders inside of the sandwich were very hard and smelt very odd. I honestly think that the chicken may have been rotten so I ended up throwing it out. The fries tasted like old oil. Do not recommend this location. The lady working was super sweet but the wait was long and the food was really bad.

First I would like to say I enjoy Popeyes Chicken. I haven’t eaten @ a Popeyes in years so we decided to order and I must say I’m disappointed because we ordered boneless wings and got all bone in. I tried to call the store however the number online went to what seems to be a voicemail. I would come up there however I have twins who are 6 months old and teething which would be very inconvenient.

went here last night for the first time, im from milwaukee and drove out of my way to go to a popeyes business that had better reviews than the other ones in the area. i got there about 1 and a half- 2 hours before close. I ordered a couple things and was told to pull around to the front of the store.
I saw they were “busy”, was trying to he mindful of it but I was waiting out there for probably 30 minutes, mind you the inside was closed. A few people in the drive thru. When i got my food finally i was given the worst tasting chicken ive genuinely ever had, even the fries were nasty. Missing a sandwich, the side I ordered and sauce I also did not order (how do you run out of normal ranch lol). I was not communicated with about the lack of items they were “only able” to give me and thats really frustrating given I was patient and probably too nice about it. You should communicate to your customers instead of giving them random things that they didnt want or pay for. im glad i checked my order, the outside of the restaurant was extremely nasty- dirty windows, trash on the ground.. Hoping to get a refund after contacting popeyes but genuinely doubt it. I wouldn’t recommend coming here I dont know how any of the reviews were good. Also- the hours online are not accurate. Apparently they close at 12 and not 1… y’all should fix that. What a disappointment.

You are supposed to be open until 12. I had an uber eats irder that was supposed to be ready when I got there in fact it was supposed.to have been ready 15 minutes prior. Apparently no one their got the order? Why are you closing 1 hour early. If you are closed then your management their needs to turn off all ordering systems like Gtubhub, Uber eats etc…okay

Sat there twenty minutes on a Friday afternoon and watched them turn away a dozen customers. I’ve lived in this city my whole life and know the reputation of this Popeyes location, and it should be closed! At one point the employees met their friends at the front door and started hanging out outside eating french fries, then started smoking a cigarette. The police station is very close yet they seem to be dealing drugs out of this Popeyes or something not right going on here. Please shut it down and stop causing disappointment for so many undeserving people that just want good chicken!!!

Waited 30 minutes at the drive thru and when I received my order all I received was complete and utter silence from the worker as they were handing it to me and I said thank you. This place needs to get better somehow cause wow. Regardless of that the food was good that’s why I come to Popeyes but terrible service and wait time. The food was good so I gotta give an extra star just for that but the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced at any fast food restaurant. Racine Popeyes are terrible apparently because I also went to the other one and same terrible service and wait time and understaffed I guess too.

The girl at the counter yelled at me for reaching for a water cup, I ordered on the app they still wouldn’t give my my food for 20 minutes. Out of everything, no spicy glaze or sauce, extremely rude even though there was only I and one other customer there. Fire that girl
