Friendly staff, but had us wait 23 minutes for a sandwich with no sauce and no onions. After waiting we received the sandwich soaked in sauce with extra onions. Wasn’t gonna wait another 20 in hopes they fix it. Always double check your sandwiches before leaving!

Ordered fresh hash brown and hot chocolate chip cookies and got neither. It was all as cold as could be. When I called in to complain the morning of 3/7/26 got a female manager that didn’t say I’m sorry or ask my name. Just hung up and would not answer after that. I’m filing a formal complaint. Terrible service. We came here after 10 pm and We ordered a Caramel macchiato and a peppermint mocha. They were both listed on the drive thru menu Under any size for 3.29. The macchiato rang up right, but The Mocha rang up for 3.69. My husband questioned them on it, talked to a manager, and told them it was false advertising and they STILL would not honor the price for the mocha. Saying they didnt have control over that part. You cant tell me that the manager doesnt have the authority to price adjust. The price difference didn’t break the bank, but it was the principal of it. We paid the price, but were very dissatisfied with the customer service. We had also ordered holiday pies, and after waiting in the drive thru (sitting at the window) for awhile, they informed us the holiday pies would be a 6 min wait! We already had waited awhile, why was it still gonna be so long? We got our money back for the pies and left. Please get better management for your night shift

They have gotten rid of free refills, might as well get rid of the inside dining area. The food is worse and worse every year, and drink and food prices are up up up, and food portions and quality down down down.

Got in line at 10pm, we were 3rd back from the speaker. Got to the speaker around 10:05ish, where we proceeded to sit for at least 15 minutes while the other line was consistently moving. We watched at least 7 cars move in the other lane before we even heard a voice on ours. I called the store to ask if anyone was going to come to the speaker and was told it was “very busy” and we could just leave. I’m assuming it was the manager I spoke to, she was the one handing food out at the window. She didn’t even say hi. Basically threw the order out the window and sent us on our way. We left at 10:32pm.
I don’t frequent McDonald’s often, but this is one I’ll never go back to again. The service was abysmal at best

Everytime I’ve gone here it takes anywhere from 20-45 minutes to get my food and when I finally get the food it’s always wrong!! They can’t seem to get workers to do there job correctly and in a swift manner. It’s to the point where there where 2 people who were in front of me that gave up and left the line. Now if they stayed in the line my wait would have easily been 1 hour long!!!! Why does it take 1 hour to make a darn burger!

Ordered 2 large drinks and waited almost 25 minutes in line and we were only the 4th car. The Dr. Pepper was really flat. Two employees that customers could see through window #1 were sagging their pants so low you could see their underwear which is not appropriate around fast food. A restaurant is only as good as its manager. I’m guessing they done get held accountable to have a good work ethic there. I had to go get my drinks from a different McDonald’s because something was really wrong with the drinks at this one. I waited less than 5 minutes at the other McDonald’s and their soda tasted how it should.

I stopped in with my toddler for a quick lunch. The food came out fast, and the service was great at first. However, as we were eating, a worker (an older woman) came out to chat with a customer she knew by name. At first, I thought it was sweet that she recognized them, until the conversation shifted. She began loudly ranting about people on food assistance, saying they “sit around doing nothing all day” while she works. This happened at 11:05-11-12 ish on 10-24-25.
As someone who recently had to rely on food assistance after leaving my job due to pregnancy-related medical issues, her comments really stung. I’m now a full-time student doing my best for my family, and hearing that kind of judgment while just trying to enjoy lunch with my daughter was disheartening.
I would encourage this employee to remain professional at work and to keep personal, disrespectful opinions to herself, especially when she doesn’t know who might be listening just around the corner.
