For starters, we had the scallop appetizer. It was slightly overcooked but still flavorful and enjoyable. The cream of crab was a bit bland for our taste — as Marylanders, we’re used to a crab soup or bisque with more sherry and Old Bay seasoning.
The standouts were definitely the Seafood Cobb salad and the pan-seared lemon caper trout — both were top notch and beautifully prepared.
Also gluten free
My friends shared the sherry lobster pasta. It was just okay and leaned a little bland, and we didn’t see much (if any) lobster in the dish.
First off the greeters are always so welcoming and warm with huge smiles whether its the male one or female one.
Then the bar has happy hour. The bartenders know you and remember you and your drink literally if you go a 2nd time already. Not to mention they are generous and delicious drinks. They are not juiced or sugared up. Perfect. Then. They are the most fun and memorable bunch
Food. During happy hour is so cheap and worth it for top chef and fancy food. Everything has been good and not once a miss have I said been back literally 6xs . You will enjoy every part of it.
The oysters are a must with the veteran Yvette literally a vibe and makes her own homemade sauce you have to have to ask for. It makes it worth the entire visit.
This was my very first time trying oysters, and their oyster sampler blew me away—rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I also had the grouper in lemon-caper sauce, which was light, buttery, and deliciously balanced with bright, briny capers. My partner ordered the shrimp carbonara, which was creamy, smoky, and packed with flavor.
We ended the night with their white chocolate bread pudding to go, and wow—decadent doesn’t even begin to cover it. Every dish was beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.
Highly recommend for a special night out or a treat-yourself dinner. We’ll definitely be back!
Thank you, Maddie, for the excellent service experience
