Destiny is the best waitress I’ve had since I’ve been on this trip to Pensacola…. Two thumbs up. It’s hard to improve on franchise food so what I can say is that the food was decent. Same menu from San Diego to Austin to Pensacola…. But also same consistency of flavors and quality. That’s all I can say

After a 10+ year hiatus, due to an overall bad experience, we gave it another go. This was a mistake. The service was great but that did not make up for thr terrible food and terrible atmosphere. The seating was worn out 10 years ago and is still worn out. The vynal has holes in it in every both I could see. Our table was sticy and stained. The restaurant has a “stale” smell. The food was just bad. Not fresh. You could easily pull the same food out of a box in your freezer and prepare in a few minutes at home. Only yours would probably taste better. It is very obvious the management simply does not care. Very disappointed.

We didn’t realize until we arrived that they do have a outside porch area where dogs are allowed. The manager told me that sometimes they don’t have staff to cover the patio though so maybe call ahead.

I never leave reviews, and if I can get everything a zero, They doesn’t even deserve a one star … I understand that everyone can have a bad day and things happen. But this experience was honestly the worst I have ever had at any Buffalo Wild Wings, and I can’t stay quiet about it.From the moment we sat down, our waitress made us feel like we were a bother. She didn’t greet us, didn’t offer water, barely spoke to us, and acted irritated any time we tried to ask a question. Every time she walked by, it felt like we were being ignored on purpose. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this same waitress, and no customer should ever feel uncomfortable going out to eat.What made things worse was the behavior of one of the managers. When she came over, she didn’t show any concern or professionalism. She acted like what we were saying didn’t matter at all. Being treated that way by a manager — someone who is supposed to set the example — was honestly very upsetting.And then the food arrived. As shown in the pictures, my wings were prepared terribly. The sauce was uneven, clumpy, runny, and messy. I had to send them back twice, and even then they still weren’t right. It felt like nobody cared about the quality of the food or the customer experience.After everything, I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and truly disappointed. I really believe this team — including the waitress and the manager involved — needs serious retraining. Customers deserve better than this.I hope corporate sees this and steps in, because this kind of service is unacceptable

This doesn’t make sense to have someone wait 40+ minutes for a pickup and once it’s received the food is cold. These fries are beyond OLD. I’ve already rinsed the chicken off and gave it to my dogs but this review was definitely needed to remind me to NEVER order food or eat her again.

DO NOT EAT HERE! If I could leave a negative star, I would. We were in Pensacola for an appointment, so we stopped in to eat. This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings we have ever been to.
When we arrived, no one was there to greet us. We walked around looking for someone to help. A man finally came from the back and helped us get a table. The table was dirty, so he cleaned it with a foul-smelling cleaner. We started to leave at that point but figured things would get better. We were so wrong. Things only got worse.
Our waitress, La Coste, finally addressed us after we had been sitting for about 10 minutes. She had a slight attitude when taking our orders and made it seem as if we were bothering her just by being there. It took over 40 minutes to get our food, although the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. When we finally did get it, it was terrible.
Our waitress even seemed agitated when we asked for to-go plates. It took her a long time to bring them, and when she did, she dropped them on the table as if she were upset.
The entire time we were in the restaurant, we never made an issue of anything. We remained polite. We just knew we would never return. We will be sticking to the lovely Buffalo Wild Wings in Navarre, FL. This Pensacola location should take notes from the Navarre Location.

Hi, earlier everything was good, but today I ordered a michelada and it really tasted like there was no beer in it at all — just tomato juice. I even asked my friend to try it to be sure, and he felt the same.
I politely called the server and simply asked if a little beer could be added so it would taste like a proper michelada. Instead, I was told the drink was “correct” and that I would have to pay extra if I wanted anything added, even though no one from the staff actually tasted it.
What disappointed me most was not the drink itself, but the way the concern was handled. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just for my feedback to be taken seriously as a customer.
In the end, I actually had to pour some beer from my friend’s glass into mine just to make it drinkable, which honestly shouldn’t have been necessary.
Because of this experience, I’ll probably choose to spend my time and money at other places in the future. Thank you.

Jason & his staff were amazing. Shout out to Jaylyn, LaCoste, Sarah & Brian also! We spent 3 months in the NICU across the street, and we became frequent customers to say the least. They made us feel like we weren’t two hours from home. Friendly staff, & the food was always consistent. Don’t knock the staff for the building’s appearance, which does need renovations.

This review goes out to our amazing server- Wyatt. I was having a rough day so my beautiful wife decided to take me out to eat. (god I love her so much) My mood was automatically uplifted by our server Wyatt. He has such a sunny disposition that’s it’s impossible to not rub off on you on the darkest of days. Like a glimmer of hope, restoring my faith in humanity. I swear, he was sent from Heaven, it’s true- I saw the wings. (May have been chicken, but wings nonetheless) He made the experience a 1000/10. I personally don’t like the fact food comes in a cookie sheet. I prefer dishes so when I see this it is very disturbing to me.
I got the chicken cheese sandwich. It was good but the fries were not good at all.
I also got the black cherry limeade. I do recommend that at all. Such a horrible taste very acidic.
My server was nice, the restaurant was busy but I think I could have had more interaction.
