First I placed an order online in advance drove 12 mins from my house just for the order not to be ready. A good 15 to 20 min wait. Atleast someone came to let me know it’s almost ready I guess. When I got food they switched my chili pups for chili fries. I already ordered three small fries I didn’t want more. Yeah never again!!

The manager had an attitude the whole time. My burgers were pink and when I made a complaint about it the manager proceeds to say that they supposed to look like that. How does a patty suppose to be pink? She didn’t even look at them. Now if you’re gonna be in management you have to know how to handle different scenarios and situations without conflict or confrontation. As I’m typing this post a customer asked for some ketchup she caught an attitude and threw 50 packs on the counter. At the same time a lady asked for butter and she rolled her eyes and then slammed them in her hand. This type of behavior shouldn’t be allowed. This location already doesn’t get a lot of business but I can see why now. Very disappointed in the service I received today.

Approximately Arrived At The Krystals On Hwy 85 @8:00Am And Waited (At The Counter Register) Seventeen Minutes In Order To Take My Order, Then Before I Could Place My Order, The Cashier Skipped Over Me In Order To Take An Customer That Were Already Eating Drink Refill And Extra Sausage Biscuit, In Which She Should Have Took The New Customer Order First Then Handle The Previous Customer Order After Mines Were Taken. After Placement Of My Order, She Decided To Rush Me On The Payment. So I Took My Time, Just Like How She Take Her Time To Even Come To The Counter To Receive My Order I Took My Time On Handing Her The Cash Money. FOOD CAME OUT QUICK AS IF IT WERE ALREADY SITTING THERE. Tots Were Burned And Not Golden Brown And Scrambler Meal Were Half Ass Filled And Chicken Patty Look Dryed Out. This is by far the worst place of business to handle any food! And with this you have the worst customer service in the world! How does one get mad at me because I don’t want to eat eggs that bend but don’t break? Then have the audacity to tell me their food is made fresh!!! All food is made fresh, doesn’t mean you gave it to me freshly made! The health department needs to know about this! I’m sharing these pictures everywhere! This is nasty in every way possible! I’m more than sure they serve better food at a shelter! And for the record, I only chose one star because I couldn’t choose a negative ten!

They mess up ur whole order.
So i decided to try this particular restaurant again because of the reply i got from the restaurant after posting. Update. Smh same oh same oh restaurant. They messed my order up again. Hard biscuit dry sausage. I also ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, she repeated it and still i recieved something else. I was charged for the sausage egg and cheese. But was given a sausage biscuit. They also rush you to get off their timer like they got everything in your order correct so we need to move.
Update:They put another girl in the window who was always making sure my order was correct. I meant to leave her a review. She went and got her manger so I could tell her how great she is and that they should keep her in the window. They told me her name but I forgot. ♀️ I’ll go back and update this again. Anyway I went today and I already knew my order would be messed up. They took the girl out the window. I gotta sausage egg cheese biscuit again and a sausage scrambler bowl. My biscuit is wrong again. I included new pictures. The biscuit isn’t dry this time though. But it’s only egg and cheese. I went back and they put a sausage in the hotdog container to give me. Please put the girl back in the window or have her train the other employees and give her a raise.

Ordered two regular Krystal burgers and two Krystal’s with bacon and cheese and after paying was told to drive forward and wait for the food. After about five minutes the cashier brought the order to me and to my surprise they tried to give me some burgers that were obviously old and the bread was hard as toast. I promptly sent them back and after another five minutes they brought out some burgers that were not fully cooked. This place should be shut down for the trifling customer service that is being provided here. If I have to spend over eight dollars to get four little Krystal’s l expect them to be fully cooked and not served on some stale bread. I’ll no longer spend money here until they address the problem of the food being cooked and served properly.
