Stopped in and the Gm Shelby and the manager Shakeria were EXTREMELY pleasant and professional. Sure to speak as soon as I entered and getting my order to me. They even offer everything sides wise so I didn’t face to ask. These little things matter when spending your money. Not to mention the food was fresh and hot and good as hell lol. Definitely will be back.

I had family pick up my order due to the aggravation of trying to order online. Then the staff refused to give receipt so there is no proof of their f’up. Didn’t prepare pizza’s correctly and gave the wrong ordered size requested. No wonder this place has a horrible reputation and low score! I will never order from this place ever even if there is a stuff garlic crust. I don’t want a response from management it is evident they don’t care about customer service. Instead I will go back to my go to pizza place, Dions, the customer service and food is a billion times better!!!! Yay! Thank you #Dions for being such an amazing place!!!!

Was cautious ordering here for the first time after seeing so many bad recent reviews but wow am I glad I gave them a shot! It sucks they’re getting so much hate, when clearly they don’t deserve it. Ordered from here tonight and it was a TERRIBLE experience!!! 1. The wait was 60mins and we weren’t told that until after we paid. 2. Fast forward 1 1/2 later and the tracker claims it’s delivered and it hasn’t been! We call the store and they say it’s because my number is disconnected! But why does that matter you have the address. 3. They bring it back (another 30 mins later) and the pizza is cold!! 4. Then when we call to complain the manager proceeds to cuss us out because they didn’t come the door (unprofessional!!) 0/10 won’t be ordering from here again

Do not order here. Same excuse of the “system” not reporting accurately when in reality it’s them clearing out orders so wait time doesn’t show them not being able to keep up. Metrics corp looks at. No other papa johns does this in town and the female manager (Shelby?) saying it’s because my house is far from their location isn’t great. Be honest. It goes farther than a pattern that seems to be an issue with this location. Pizzas arrived cold. Save yourself the hassle.

I started calling this place because Dominos opened up a outlet right across the street from where I live, and it used to be the Juan Tabo store that used to deliver to my area but refused to deliver past the freeway after this store opened, I’ve had nothing but problems from this Domino’s since they opened (it’s the one in the 4 Hills shopping center) and after being overcharged, them refusing to deliver to this motel and alot of other very unprofessional occurrences I found it was the manager that was in charge of the store and he was just a real jerk so I took my business to Papa John’s and have not been disappointed yet. The experience from ordering to the delivery exactly when they said it would be, and the drivers are always pleasent and professional, can’t say enough about them. What is the saying one door closes for another to open? Works for me.
