I ordered via Uber Eats.
I always do the Ugly Bop and the Korean BBQ.
The food was below supbar.
The chicken was super dry and hard to chew and there was hardly ANY cabbage. I mean, come on!
Also I tried to do the Buy 1 get 1 free. It says it doesn’t include any ‘customizations.’ However, adding the sauce and making it sloppy shouldn’t constitute from not getting the free one.
Anyways, I wanted to give a -0 on this. But 1 will have to do.
I won’t order from here again!

**Just honest feedback as a first time customer** So last night, I went to a Jazz game. They had a Cupbop next to our portal so I went with that. The ordering process was very easy. I scan the QR code, I see the easy menu with photos, and I choose my options, and BAM. Done. I was really impressed with the “Bbop Sweet” bowl and thought I would try it for lunch the next day. So here we are. I walk up to this Cupbop, and the lady pointed to a tablet off to the side so I go. Call me clueless, but I had ZERO clue how to find the “Bbop Sweet” like I saw yesterday at the game. I fiddle with it, and mind you there’s only ONE ordering machine. I see people are coming in, so I step off and let them order. They look like regulars. Anxiety is kicking in because I don’t know what I’m doing and I don’t know what these options are ha. I don’t remember seeing Mandoo, Ugly, all these names and have no idea what they are. I finally clicked on beef because that’s all I remember and I hit done. This bowl did NOT come out tasting to what I had at the Delta center, this one is a lot more spicy. The next guy in line after me was also there his fist time and was also clueless what to do and asked for help. They told him to choose his proteins on the tablet and I could see he just clicked on whatever and proceeded with his order. Best to say, I won’t be returning. I was too embarrassed and don’t like being asked to tip when I’m doing all the ordering myself. I can’t be the only dumb one ha. Either way, I’ll check em out next time at the Jazz game. As for ordering, maybe work with whoever your operator is for the machine to make it a little easier for new customers, OR, add a second ordering machine. That’s all 🙂

First time at Cupbop and I was seriously impressed! The bowl was HUGE with plenty of beef and a great mix of veggies — super filling and flavorful. The noodles were really good too.
The service made the experience even better. Since it was my first visit, the cashier took the time to explain everything and even gave me a few sauces to try, which I really appreciated. I’d 100% recommend getting the spicy sauce with their mayo combo — so good.
For a fast-casual spot, this place was excellent. My food came out in under 5 minutes, and everything was fresh and hot. Can’t wait to come back and try the K-dogs next time! ️

The guy was so busy complaining about other customers that he forgot to give me my protein. Not even a single little scrap of chicken…just half a bowl of rice and noods with a ton of sauce. Also, more and more I’m starting to feel like any system that asks you to tip BEFORE the service is just straight up dishonest.

Was really disappointed in the quality of the food given the price. The Korean fried chicken was almost all breading as you can see from my pictures. Really unexpected and unacceptable given the $10+ price tag.
In terms of aesthetics, I wish the sauce had been drizzled on the bowl better, like it was on the corn dog. Having it just glooped on top made the food look very unappealing. It also seemed overly-sauced.
I also didn’t expect everything to be as sweet as it was. The sauce on the bowl was sweet and the corn dog batter was like funnel cake.
The beef was the best of the meat I tried. If you must come to this location. that is the protein I recommend.

Service was quick and the food is delicious. I got the beef with the number five sauce and I would say that is max spicy I can handle. Don’t go hotter than that just warning you. Flavor is amazing and portion is decent. I absolutely love the noodles. The dish needed more sauce, but they were happy to give me some more sauce for it. What is the one called yeah I probably would get all noodles next time, but the cabbage and rice give an extra nice well-rounded texture to the meal.

My food had a hair in it. The service ONCE again was POOR! Is that staff there miserable? The last time I went in there 3 years ago same scrappy service and attitude. I thought after so long I’d try it again and disappointed plus reminded why this place is garbage. The clerk debated with me about the hair cooked hair in it. He try to convince me it was cheese. Are you kidding me? Get out of the mall area and let a restaurant that respects there jobs and customers here.
