On my first visit to this Steak ’n Shake, Chase took my order at the drive through and delivered it quickly. My burger, fries, and milkshake were made just right and tasted great. On my second visit, Alex was working the drive through, and the four shakes I ordered were excellent and full of flavor. I especially recommend the Biscoff milkshake. This Steak ’n Shake is well staffed and well run, and it’s clear the team cares about quality food and friendly service. Everything here is enjoyable, but the milkshakes are the real highlight.

Husband and I decided to dine in, passing through on our way back home to Mississippi. The little girl taking orders at the register was was absolutely dispicable and flat out just rude! When I told her I wanted my hamburger “dressed” she looked at me like I was speaking some other language. I literally had to break down in detail what a dressed hamburger was. Besides dealing with smart mouth, the hamburger was dry, but once I added mayo from one of the little packets, it turned out to be very tasty.

This establishment does not give you all of your food in drive through. I called to fix the problem they assured me they will replace it “for free” even though I literally paid for it. Going back “it wasn’t written down” so there is nothing they can do. It fun paying for food you never receive.

The restaurant was busy but handling the flow. Different than other locations I have been to. The line for guests is poorly planned for a rush.

The food was hot and fresh. It would have been nice to know what was available to add on the burgers. We liked the shakes and the restaurant overall was clean.
