I had an excellent experience at this restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to our waiter, Roberto. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcomed and taken care of. His attention to detail was impressive he checked on us at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and ensured everything came out just the way we wanted. Roberto was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about giving us a great experience. You don’t always find service like that anymore!

I recently ate at Tejano Grill, and my experience was just okay. I ordered the brisket and chicken plate, but it wasn’t what I expected—it lacked flavor. However, the hamburger was really good and a nice surprise.
The service was also good; the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, if you want a decent hamburger, Tejano Grill is a solid choice.

Sometimes you just get a craving for a burger with homemade flavor but you don’t want to cook! A student of mine recommended the cheese burger and fries at Tejano Grill and I figured teenagers know their food so I dropped by and went through the drive thru. I wasn’t sure that the drive thru was operational but it was and I placed my order, parked, scrolled, and 10 minutes later I had the juiciest burger and crispiest fries! Better than any fat food chain and it was only $12!!! Highly recommend!!!

This was my first time dining here, and the food was absolutely amazing. My tío, tía, and I had gotten the botana for two people, and it filled us up, especially since there were complimentary chips and salsa. Also, the server who took care of us was very attentive with refills and making sure the food was good. The music was nice, and we were thankful for the TVs all around to be able to watch the game.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Harlingen! We’ve been coming here for years and this review is way overdue. From breakfast tacos, daily lunch specials, or their smoked meats, everything is divine, fresh, and delicious.
Their breakfast tacos are always reasonably priced with a large variety to choose from, and the small size one is still huge. Friday through Sunday they have menudo and barbacoa as well and they are both absolutely spectacular.
Panchos and choriqueso are our favorite appetizers, both being delicious. Their Mexican lunch plates are delicious too, meat is perfectly cooked, enchiladas are perfectly sauced and filled with filling, tostadas packed and nicely crispy tortillas, tortillas always coming out hot in foil. These guys have probably the best tortillas around.
Not to mention, service, whether we have been ordering Togo, or dining in has always been on point. We have never had a bad time when dining here. Drinks always refilled, servers always present when needed, and always professional. Thank you for being one of our favorite spots in the valley!

Service was great, our waiter was very attentive and helpful. Food on the other hand was all alright, except for the Brisket. Chicken was dry, not even shredded in enchiladas, I couldn’t even eat it. The chicken fajita taco was super dry and just not seasoned enough. Chicken sandwich was super dry as well. Street tacos had a good flavor. Brisket was wonderful! If you go you must try their Brisket Queso and Brisket sandwich. Fries were also good.
