I waited a half hr for my food. When I got my food it was all cold. Cheese wasn’t melted and fries were cold. It’s like she waited to bring out a bunch of orders to us waiting in line and that mine sat for 20 minutes while all the other orders were getting ready. Worst experience I have ever had at culvert. I don’t mind waiting, but for that wait I would like hot food. I threw it away and went to McDonald’s. What a joke

Food was decent. Service pretty lacking, we waited with a crowd in the lobby for a couple minutes before anyone even acknowledged the crowd forming behind the registers. I get that not all employees are allowed or equipped to take orders, however that means too many employees were sent home too early. This was about an hour after dinner rush.
Bathrooms were pretty dirty, trash in the sinks.
They forgot the dessert item for someone in the party, although they did realize, come up to us and confirm we hadn’t gotten our dessert item yet, and she was very prompt at making it. Thank you to her.

I love Culver’s and have had good experiences at this location before…but what’s going on with the heat? Either management is trying too hard to save money or something is broken, because the dining room is freezing. (Yes, I’m from MN and can handle the cold.) Very few people eating here at dinnertime, and they’re all wearing their winter coats. Even my dipping sauce was freezing. 3 stars because the store was clean, the food was good, and the employees seem happy (Judah, my cashier, is crushing it).

One of the best locations I have ever visited! Food always delicious and hot. Usually have to wait a few minutes in the drive thru but that is because it’s off a busy highway; always worth it. Did a 4 star on service only because they have forgot to give us something from our order two times; so check quick before you drive off.

3rd time going to Culver’s and getting burnt COLD burgers. These were not made fresh as promised. The bun was warmer than the burger. What a disappointment. Next concern is food borne illness. Do better.

This is the second time we’ve visited this location. The first time was a hot mess, so much in fact, the owner gave us two free value baskets. I appreciated the effort on their end to try and reconcile what happened.
When we went to redeem those baskets, we were told it was a 25-30 min wait for food. We waited in the drive-thru lane for 25 minutes. When our food arrived, it was missing a kids meal. My husband went inside the store to get it. When he got it, it was missing the milk. Then he checked the bigger bag and realized they forgot our dipping sauces.
When we were eating our food, the cheese curds were cold and we didn’t have a single napkin.

Pretty standard Culver’s experience. The ordering and service was excellent. The fries were a touch overdone but the fish sandwich was not so hot it burnt my mouth like it sometimes can be so that was a positive. The ambience and cleanliness was in a downturn when I visited the location but nothing too bad.

Only Culver’s I’ve ever been at that puts you on hold on one menu, the proceeds to take 4 orders that showed up after you in the line over.
After losing 4 spots in line, you receive a jacked order. My mistake, no reason to stop again.
