3 stars. 3 stars for food because its fast food – mid at best.

3 for atmosphere because the atmosphere was sad. Everything is so expensive now. Nobody can buy anything.

3 for service because im generous. I watched the woman making the mixers batch up 2 orders (4 things). By the time both parties got em, they were luquified. They’re ice cream dude – hand it out as theyre done, 1 at a time. Slower for sure, but better priduct out the door. Youre already robbing us for a burger, do what you can to protect quality?

Had chicken sandwich which was over cook and hard to bite through. Hard to eat in the car. So many people working(trying to looking busy) there makes you wonder if the prices could be lower if they reduced the staff and just became more efficient.

I ordered through the drive-through and requested two sides of onion rings with my meal. When I received my order, I was given two regular fries instead. I went inside and let the staff know I had just come through the drive-through and that I ordered two onion rings but received fries. The older woman with a long blonde braided ponytail I believe her name was Katherine told me I wasn’t charged for onion rings. I explained that was fine and that I was happy to return the fries and pay for the onion rings instead. She said they didn’t want the fries back and brought me one order of onion rings. I let her know I had ordered two. Again, I offered to return the fries they had given me by mistake.
At that point, she appeared visibly upset and frustrated, sighed heavily, and went to get the manager. When the manager came over, I explained the situation. She said they would get my onion rings for me. I enjoy Culver’s and usually love coming here, but this experience was disappointing. The mistake was not mine, and I should not have been made to feel as though I had done something wrong when I did not. Unfortunately, the interaction was not friendly, and it left me unsure if I will return. Customer service should feel welcoming, especially when a customer is polite and trying to resolve an error respectfully. I had asked what her name was from another employee because she was purposely hiding her name badge. Perhaps if she doesn’t like a high stress job she may want to get something that is more her pace.

We usually come here every so often when out if town to do some shopping, not a lot to say other than if you like the Culver’s taste, this is a good one. Highly recommend for a casual sit down. IT is a bit pricey for fast food but otherwise it’s good.

Don’t go here during a rush if you want your order messed up. Either they’re dyslexic or just don’t care and just rush orders before they’re done correctly. Horrible instruction listeners.

I live in Saginaw Twp and usually go to the Shields Culvers where I get the Cranberry Bacon Bleu salad. It’s my favorite and they do an amazing job…at the Shields location. I was in Midland so decided to get a salad to take home. We went through the drive-through. I have to say that I was extremely disappointed. Their salad had half contents of the one in Shields and looked nowhere near as good as the picture shown on their online menu. What lettuce was in it looked old and wilted. The 3 cucumber slices looked like they had been frozen, then thawed and were mushy. My sister was with me and ordered the cashew chicken salad because I told her how good Culvers salads are. I dropped her off at her house with her salad. I’m sure I’ll be getting a phone call. Big disappointment. I’ve been to various Culvers in other locations with no complaints. This by far was the worst. Was not worth going out of our way just to get a Culvers salad.

Our total bill was $27.01. Neither my husband nor I had any change, so we asked the cashier if she had a penny cup. She acted like she didn’t know what we were asking. So we ended up with $.99 change. Afterward we realized if she had given us the senior discount, we wouldn’t have needed the penny. We didn’t realize that we don’t look like seniors ,so we were supposed to ask for the discount.

Went there with my husband for lunch; he ordered the fish combo and received a well-done meal with insufficient tartar sauce. When it came time to place my order, the cashier seemed inattentive to my requests. I explicitly stated that I am allergic to tomatoes, yet she neglected to inform the kitchen staff to change gloves. Furthermore, when I asked for cheese curds as my side, she inquired if I preferred marinara or ranch, despite my recent declaration of a tomato allergy; what would be the appropriate response in this situation? Throughout the day, I have been feeling nauseous and probably won’t be coming back
