First time to Del Taco, food was good, took them a while to make my food, but otherwise a good experience! Restaurant was clean and staff were polite, not overly friendly, but not rude like you see at a lot of fast food places. Overall a good experience.

Made a late night cross border trip for some American fast food…this Del Taco did not disappoint! Raphael in the drive thru provided great service through his kind and outgoing personality. We also stopped inside for the bathrooms and even late night (2 am) the restaurant was very clean. Great job to all the staff at this location!

Del Taco is top tier. The food always hits, especially the nachos and the caramel cheesecake bites. They’re always fresh and made right. Rafayel goes above and beyond every time, with the best attitude. He is genuinely so sweet and nice and always makes sure my food is fresh and perfect. The service and the food are consistently amazing. 10/10 every time.

This Del Taco isn’t bad, but it would be nice if the interior was better kept (I see other reviews praising that, so I’m hoping this was just an off-night) and if the food presentation was a little better. My order was good, though, and I was at least satisfied with what I was served.

Rafael (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and Jason were great in delivering speedy food service in a sort of busy time; and did so with great customer service and communication. Other places, I constantly deal with irritable workers at a late hour (understandably) and long service times. But not with these guys. Top notch folks who work with care and pride. If I could tip these guys via Cash App/Venmo/Paypal I would have, but unfortunately fast food frowns upon allowing room for tipping waged workers. If anyone goes to this Del Taco on Telegraph and Ford, make sure you do it when these guys are in.
EDIT- I also forgot to mention- food was hot, food was speedy (and delicious!). Order was perfect. Transaction was quick and effortless, dialogue was welcoming.

The service was fine the lady working there was understanding however there was a big price difference on the online menu in actual price at the store the store price was nearly double I suggest you call and verify prices before you go I put a copy of my receipt burrito was offered for $7.99 on the online menu the server was very kind about it had no choice but to charge me what the cash register said

I’ve never had tacos with cold meat. When I got to the restaurant the guy said welcome to del Taco where everything’s made fresh and I was like awesome let me get for del tacos I said okay great get to the window the guy was like hey can you pull up forward to the red pole and I’ll bring it right out to you when they are done I was like great he bring the food out I go about my business open up my food while I’m driving taco meat super cold I never had cold taco meat so now I can’t order that cuz they’re going to mess it up I want to hear a few days ago after this incident got some chicken tacos and he’s starting to mess up on those two so I’m going to have to just find one or two more items that I like and if you mess up I’m gone I’m not going to shop there anymore
