I usually enjoy Popeyes, but today was a letdown. The biscuit I bought had visible mold on it. This kind of issue should never happen in a food establishment. I hope the staff and management improve their food handling and inspection process.

I’ve visited this place several times, and I had never seen the restrooms being cleaned, and they usually smelled bad. But today they actually smelled good. These are the season specials: Fish and Shrimp. The fish sandwich was awful!!!! They take it out of a drawer and put it in a microwave. Tadtes Terrible! The commercial is deceptive. The shrimp is nothing like it used to be. Tasts like it was battered, then frozen, thawed, and sprinkled with water before it was fried. Food Quality has gone out the window!!!

There is a short guy who keeps the bathrooms very clean every time I come
I don’t know if he just started or if he has been working here for a while but it shows he is a clean and dedicated worker
Before he was around the bathrooms were always dirty
Today I saw him moving the trash cart and doing a deep cleaning and that impressed me
Employees like him make a big difference and deserve to be recognized
He didn’t want to give his name but he is a short hardworking guy
Come here around 2:30pm

I’m upset because I should’ve gotten the name of the young man at the register today who helped with my mobile order and it wasn’t on the receipt. I did end up having to wait 15 minutes for the chicken to get done which I’m definitely not complaining about getting fresh food. He had a very positive and pleasant attitude and even tried helping out in another person’s negative experience. I believe people are quicker to spread the negative experiences (no shame towards any other reviews) and not as quick to share the positive so I wanted to make sure this young man who was at the register today gets his flowers. Thanks for the great customer service!

Love this Popeye staff treat me with the upmost respect that’s exactly how I want to feel spending my money here the food is always fresh during my wait I was offered drinks that’s exactly what I’m talking about loyal customer here I stop going to my neighborhood one on greenfield and 11 mile the atmosphere is something I don’t like so my drive is definitely worth the wait love you guys your doing an amazing job ❤️
