My car got a flat tire around the corner on Greenlawn and i stopped in to grab something warm to eat an wait on Father to get there to help me out with the tire (couldn’t get a lug nut off as it was stuck) i am not from around here and my parents live even further out. I was there a good hour minding my business writing in my journal as it was an assignment from my therapist. Suddenly i feel a burst of cold air and what felt like a fan on. An employee states that she is cold and another employee says “Yea i tire ed the AC on… you know why.” So after about 15 min of cold air (thankfully i dressed warm ) I hear a customer say something about being cold and mention that they do this so people won’t hang out in the lobby “all day”. I understand not wanting people to loiter esp if they’re not spending money but it was only myself and two other patrons in the store. Not only did i purchase a meal but i didn’t complain when my sandwiches had one side stuck to the cardboard and the other side was getting stale/hard. I just chalked it up to lunch time slowing down and employees are human and likely getting tired. I was having a bad day but they didn’t know this, so i figured maybe they too were having a bad day. By the time my parents got to me i had been there 1 hour and 11 minutes give or take. I will not be going back as i pass this place during lunch 4 days out of the week and i love a drink i can only get there… i am 3 months pregnant and crave it but from now on will not give this only business. I think there is a much different way to go about not wanting loitering going on at their establishment.

It wouldn’t have been so bad I had the manager not been extremely rude when I asked if I could use the bathroom he told me I had to order some food for a switch I had just spent $50 buying food there and he said well then you should have kept your receipt because the number the PIN code to the bathroom was on my receipt and wouldn’t let me use the bathroom there

Me and my husband was up late so we ordered 39 dollars worth of food from this location right before 2am yesterday. While we was on our way there i get a call from the manager saying they don’t have half of the items we ordered. After she named several things we said we would go elsewhere and spent more money. We never got our money back so I called customer service to find out she was lying and their not out of anything I ordered per the higher up guy in a text. I’m pissed she just didn’t want to make our order and it wouldn’t have been brought up if she returned our money. I’m glad she didn’t because she probably has done it before and it needs to be addressed. Unfortunately the location closer to me was shut down so this location was next. I’m in the process of trying to get my money back but I hope she is dealt with cause that’s not right.

I always come here today was the first time I had the register girl automatically put creamer in my coffee and so I had to walk back in and tell her no creamer in my coffee and she said all white castle coffee comes with creamer in it( tell her to stop lieing to the customers)), she’s the first and only 1 that has done that to me @ 11:15 am January 6th,, tell her to behave herself.. bad customer service. Where does my receipt say creamer,, and where on board says it comes with creamer.. Tell her to straighten up

I’m sort of shocked that none of the white castles allow dining in yet. We went to this one because it was one of a couple that didn’t explicitly say no dining in. It was disappointing to arrive and find out dining in still wasn’t a thing. I guess the garbage can at the drive through is there to limit littering but I sort of found it gross to have to wait in line next to a garbage can for as long as I did. Aside from that, the lady who took our order was really nice and repeated our order back for clarity and that’s rare these days. The food is what youd expect from a white castle lol. It wasn’t bad but it’s not great. It’s an annual tradition for me to go to white castle and I will continue to do so.

This is by far the best White Castle I’ve ever seen!!!!! The ones we have here in St Louis are nothing like this the food was fantastic place was clean didn’t even feel like a fast food chain on the inside
