Found this lil gem online and it did not disappoint. It’s right near the airport and hotels so parking up front can be tough but there is plenty of parking in back. It’s a huge restaurant with lots of seating and servers. Once seated we waited about 10-15 minutes for service which they had advised us up front. I love their omelets and if you like sweet pancakes, this is the spot. They load them with fruit, cream cheese and multitude of other toppings. I have been here twice and both times did not disappoint.

Diner delicious! Big portions with plenty of flavor. I was craving an omelette for late lunch and Golden Pancake nailed it! I had a gyro omelette and it was packed with the ingredients I chose. Maxie was my server and her smile and attitude were fantastic. The booths are a little dated but I didn’t come here for the atmosphere.

I patronize the Golden Pancake Restaurant frequently, and the food has always been great, especially for the price. The service can be hit or miss, but it has never been bad enough that I wouldn’t return.
However, in November, I celebrated my mom’s 79th birthday and had family travel from out of town to surprise her. I informed the restaurant in advance that we would be arriving with a group of about 25 guests. I understood their policy of not taking reservations, but we were able to sit together in one area.
Having been in business for over 25 years, I believe strongly in being prepared to accommodate customers. Unfortunately, instead of assigning at least two dedicated servers to our group, there were multiple servers coming and going at different times. Some guests were never served water or drinks, three tables received their food, while the remaining tables waited over an hour.
I would not recommend this restaurant for large groups, as they were clearly unprepared to handle ours. It was also evident that the manager on duty lacked the strategic planning and customer service skills needed to properly accommodate a group of this size.

This was my 1st time going to Golden Pancake and I must say that omelette was really good. It looked so good I didn’t want to eat it at first. The pancakes were excellent. Service was above and beyond what I thought it was going to be ( and I believed it was going to be good when I arrived). Tonya was awesome and awesome, yes I said it twice. I am glad I finally went there and I will be back.

It was our first time dining here and everything was very good I just wish they had real bacon lol.. if you don’t like turkey sausage bacon or ham do yourself a favor and just order some wings. They were very good and kinda spicy, the best chicken wings I’ve had in a while. Our servers also very nice!

I’ve never been here but I will add this to my list of breakfast places when visiting my hometown. I ordered the wings and waffles! The wings were spicy and huge! The waffles were light and fluffy! Hubby ordered the spinach omelette.

Very interesting here! Food was phenomenal which is the whole point so winning there. The atmosphere is what was weird- upscale atmosphere in the middle of an industrial park. The bathroom however was equivalent to that of a waffle house. I enjoyed every minute of our visit and will probably be back of we travel this way again
