Because what is this! No one wants the burnt piece of the bottom of your fryer in their food. Not to mention you have to repeat yourself to the point you don’t want to order anymore. & pls do not ask for honey mustard on a ranch wrap. They charge you and give you a separate wrap.

Staying in hotel for work near cookout for a week. Heard good things thought I would give it a try. Walked over in the cold multiple times as I did not have a rental car and it was close by. At multiple times a day the lobby was closed then I tried again tonight and it looked open but then I walked up and as I was walking in I was told by this worker the lobby was closed and they told me to walk through drive through in 20* weather! Terrible service.

Just like to say this place is great. I usually just give reviews when I’m angry about something or bad service. But this Cookout I continue to get food for the family on the way home from work. Food always hot, 99% correct order. People always seem friendly and rep carful. My cashier today was Jason. Just wanted the managers and owners to know these guys are doing it right. And management seems to be as well. Just wanted to say I appreciate you guys. See you soon.

I visited this Cook Out location on Thursday at around 5:20 PM, and unfortunately the customer service at the drive-thru window was disappointing. The cashier rushed me while I was placing my order and did not take my full order before sending me forward. When I tried to verify the items at the window, I was completely dismissed. I explained that I had attempted to order an additional item during the first part of the order, but the cashier interrupted me and told me it could not be added, without acknowledging that he never let me finish my order in the first place.
The experience felt very rushed and dismissive, and it made it difficult to confirm what I was actually being charged for. I hope management can address this so future customers are treated with more patience and attention

My family came in 12/24/25. It was kind of slow when we got there and we didn’t know what we were ordering yet. We were asked multiple times by different workers if we were ready to order. Once we were ready, we ordered our food and were rang up by Mr. Bobby. We received our food quickly but realized we were missing 2 orders of onion rings. By this time it was busier and despite there being multiple people who asked us if we were ready to order, only Mr. Bobby was in the front at the register so we had to wait to ask for our missing onion rings. Once we told Mr. Bobby we were missing items, he told the kitchen and for some reason, a lady from the back with starter locs (didn’t get her name) comes out questioning how/why the onion rings were missing. She was of no help and it was funny because all that time while it was busy nobody could bother to come out and help Mr. Bobby on the register but as soon as something was missing she came out of nowhere to instigate vs. just giving us the missing items. We ended up getting our items but I was confused as to why she came out questioning the missing items especially since it was busy and nobody bothered coming out to help run the register. Mr. Bobby’s service was good despite being left to run the front during a busy rush.

Went to get dinner tonight and while the drive thru was fast, my order was wrong. No sauces, I asked for ranch and honey mustard. My ranch wrap was made worse than McDonald’s. My quesadillas had chicken on one side and just cheese on the other. I asked for cheese fries and got cheese curds. And to top it all off, my fiancé’s onion rings were melted to the styrofoam tray making the food unsafe to eat. Idk what’s going on but we will not be returning to this location again! This was a huge waste of $20 !! Only thing that was right was the shake, but it’s pretty hard to mess up a chocolate milkshake.
