i would avoid getting pickup from this place all together. i ordered a simple american cheeseburger and received this strange falling apart burger, i guess they gave me the “bacon-smashed hatch chile burger” by mistake- we also ordered a thing of seasoned fries (mind you $8 for a bigger box of fries..) and got a box not even filled all the way, plain as can be. the wings we got were okay. when we come in and eat inside there is normally no issues, that’s what we’ll be doing from now on :l nobody has the money to be disappointed

Waterford B-dubs – what’s going on??
I was craving boneless wings and a burger, and when I received it, it was very underwhelming and disappointing.
My burger was great.
My tots were supposed to have Chipotle Dry Rub and I received plain ones.
My wedges were okay but had 4 chunks of deep-fried breading (or something… unsure – can see it in the picture).
5/10 of my boneless were TINY. I ordered my sauce on side, never got it.
Overall, I didn’t get the “b-dubs dip”, the carrots/celery, utensils, dry rub on the tots, or my sauce.

Haven’t been to BWW in years. What a nice surprise. Their 6 for $20 was a great deal. Got 20 boneless wings, fries and tots and 2 drinks. Wings were great and the Pepsi was very good. All fountain drinks are not the same. All in all a great experience. Thanks BWs we will be back.

I had such a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight! Our server, Austin, was absolutely amazing; incredibly kind, funny, and so on top of everything. He memorized our entire order without writing anything down. Even with my super weird order with all sauces on the sides lol and didn’t miss a single detail. He was super accommodating and made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. Service like this is hard to find nowadays, and Austin definitely deserves recognition. Highly recommend this location!

If you order dine in, you can count on two things:
1.) the wings and fries will be cold
2.) the wings will have almost no sauce on them
If you order take out, you can count on items to be missing. And they will make you jump through hoops to get a refund for the missing items.
This location used to be ok. Then after the pandemic the quality and consistency went downhill.

Our food and service was great, but on the other hand Nicole the double wide manager had an attitude as big as her number on the weight scale. She seemed to be salty that she had to actually work instead of sitting in the break room munching on fudge rounds and twinkies.(All she had to do was bring food to tables and gave us an attitude because we did not understand something she said and told us to “come on”) We even heard her talking down on the waiters and giving them a hard time even though they were short staffed and were going as fast as they could. Nicole needs to be re trained ASAP.

Very disappointed. Avoid placing carry out orders. Order was placed online and somehow the wrong wrap was put in my bag. I called the restaurant back and I had to drive all the way back to pick up the correct item. And it was also wrong it had no sauce. Very frustrating when clearly someone didn’t read the receipt.

Sports bar atmosphere with tons of TV’s… Boneless wings with tons of amazing sauce choices were tasty. Friendly service. Had a huge wait and food was not hot but Manager took care of it promptly so no complaints.
