What’s the point of using the mobile order for drive thru- and having to reverse and park in one of these curbside spots. The first two times were two meals only, and today was 1 sandwich and 2 hashbrowns. The other one on Dayton never gives me this issue- this one was just closer to house.

Absolutely horrible experience I ordered a meal and didn’t get syrup for my iced coffee I paid for large fries were half empty and drive thru experience was horrendous and from the drive through they told me to wait in front of the window towards the exit where all other cars also have to exit from then a lady comes yelling and screaming at the widow I’m supposed to be at and I have to drive around to get back onto the parking lot. Horrible experience I recommend going to any other McDonald’s just not this one.

The evening staff is a complete joke except the jokes on us because we have to deal with their incompetence and rudeness. Quite a few times I’ve heard and seen crazies make a scene and nothings done about it. If you want the Passaic experience then just go here and never come back.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They ALWAYS ALWAYS forget something. Today they have forgotten my mcnuggets, last week my fries. They always forget something and most of the time there’s a homeless person either inside begging for money or outside. Just go to the McDonald’s in Dayton at least they don’t forget your order as much and only happens once in a while.

Very poor customer service. There were people waiting to be served, and the employees walked right past us and ignored us, and they also ignored the DoorDash and UberEats delivery drivers because they were only talking in the back. They were rude when speaking to customers, and people were complaining. Apparently it’s always like this at this establishment.

We all know that this McDonalds is run horribly and I’m sure we all have plenty of stories. It’s a shame, I know that making mistakes is a part of life but if these workers can’t get through something as simple as McDonalds, what’ll happen when they make a mistake in the “real world.” Anyways in this order one of the chicken sandwiches seemed like it had ketchup, which was then scraped off and replaced with mayo. We ordered it with mac sauce, no mayo lol

This guy works at night, is so ill-mannered, unprofessional and ignorant. i’m here to pick up Uber Eats I told them at the window where do you place the order they said come to the window and when I got there this guy tells me I have to park on the side and come to the window like I don’t know why they want to people wait outside standing in the cold and it’s not safe either in this location they have people waiting outside to get the phone when they can be in the car and just grab the food and be on their way whoever in charge of this need to take care of it ASAP. I can guarantee they cannot show this on the policy. there really need to hire experienced professional workers someone who can be on the floor and knows the policy. Lots of people had bad experience recently, everyone wants better service since they’ll paying for it.

$50 only to receive an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ORDER via Uber Eats, (AGAIN).
Receipt stapled to the bag reflects my correct order; the contents within, however does not. Fries were half cooked; soggy, a straw but no drink? All incorrect sauces for the chicken nuggets, salt on all fries… it’s obvs that people aren’t paying attention; nor do they care about anything… Really frustrating.
