Ordered bone-in chicken wings through Uber Eats. Food arrived freezer burned, dried to a crisp, and leathery like a dog’s rawhide chew. Manager told me if I want the order re-made I need to drive to the store to pick it up. Food of this quality should get them closed by the health department. This chicken has been in that freezer a damn long time.

I ordered beer cheese chicken sub. This is a Pic of my sub. It was more like the size of a slider. The website Pic was very misleading. Very disappointed as I paid $13.50 for this. Mostly mushrooms and very little chicken. The wrap we ordered was OK. It was small also and the chicken inside was hard. I don’t believe in writing bad reviews but I dint want others to be misled.

We had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. When we arrived, we waited about 20 minutes to be seated because we were told they were short staffed. While I understand staffing issues happen, it was frustrating to see several dirty tables sitting uncleared and employees standing around. Even as people were still coming in to be sat, the host was sitting down eating instead of helping clean tables or even welcome guests.
Once we were finally seated, the experience didn’t improve. The employees were very short with us when they came to the table, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and uninviting.
The food quality was also disappointing. We ordered the buffalo chicken dip, and it honestly looked like it had just been warmed up in the microwave. There was barely any buffalo sauce, and it lacked the flavor you would expect from something with “buffalo” in the name.
To make matters worse, one of the drinks we were served had floating debris in it, which was very off-putting and raised concerns about cleanliness.
Overall, the service, food quality, and cleanliness were very poor. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don’t think we will be back.

We placed a carry out order that was due to be ready for pickup at 8:10pm. We arrived at 8:14 to a pretty empty restaurant and our order wasn’t ready until 8:22.
On top of this, we get home and discover that our tenders hadn’t been sauced, nor was the sauce provided for us to sauce the chicken ourselves. My cheese fries also have a smaller amount of cheese than I think necessary.
Overall, this location seems to always take a long time to get food out – even when they don’t appear to be busy. It also seems that they cannot be bothered to even provide the sauce that has been requested by the customer.

I knew I made a mistake ordering here once I walked inside to an empty building at 1pm lunch time. But I placed an online pickup order for 6 boneless wings and fries with dipping sauce and a drink. There wasn’t a single wing in my order, instead I got a bunch of old dried out hard breading with barely any sauce, i could barely stick my fork through whatever they served me. And the fries were dried out and hard and they also didn’t put my ranch dipping sauce in my order! I definitely WON’T EVER go to that Buffalo Wild Wings again!

Food was pretty good, Server was very nice, but it took forever to get our appetizer, and even longer for drinks. Entrees took an exceptionlly long time, and I couldn’t find anyone to even ask about it. Check comes out, and we’re charged for wine we didn’t order. Again took forever to find a server to fix it .Pretty disappointed.

Took 10 minutes for the manager to come out from the back and seat us. He didn’t look happy about it and sat us at a broken table. The server acted like we pissed her off for being sat in her section. Not friendly. Food sucked. That wing sauce they use is nasty. Roosters and Hooters is much better food and service. We only went to bw3 because it was 12 and everything else was closed. The atmosphere was awful, the other 2 places are more peaceful.

I placed and online order with a pick up time of 730pm. Arrived at the store a few minutes early sat in car until 730. While in the parking lot watched several people go in and come right out with To go orders. When I went the store at 730 I told the guy my name for the order. He stated it was not ready I said ok how long or what is holding the order up. He stated” I don’t know” and shrugs me off. I ask well how much longer he states a I don’t know and continues to give people behind me food. After 10 minutes so now 740 pm my wife comes inside and ask what is wrong. He states the order is not ready. She asked well what is the issue with order he states I don’t know. She asked for a manager or supervisor he radios for someone and “Christina” comes and ask what the issue is and he states the order is not ready she asked what is the issue I state the order is not ready and proceeded to not acknowledge my issue at all. She goes back to the kitchen and states we are waiting for chicken. She comes back 5 minutes later with the food. My wife checks the food and the the fries and chicken are cold after they said it was fresh. I ask why was the chicken cold if it was fresh? They both stand there. I ask for a refund she states she can’t refund the money until tomorrow without a real explanation. Christina then proceeds to ask what is the last four digits of my card in a packed room. I ask her why would she need the last four to refund me my money and why does she have to do it tomorrow? She takes my phone number and states she will call tomorrow to refund me my money. I find it highly unprofessional to not check to see the issue with my order and to have me waiting past the time for you to give me cold food then find it very fraudulent like to ask what is my last four digits on my card in a room full of people. “Christina” didn’t apologize or try to make the issue right. I have had nothing but bad dining experiences at this restaurant. This was the final straw. Such a disappointment to wait 45 minutes and pay for food to never receive it. I had to take my business elsewhere. Also, the guy at the desk slams the food inside the garbage like he was trying to prove some kind of point to my husband and I.

We ordered take out food. We had to chase down someone to find our take out order. We checked the food and was missing one of the meals. They brought it out saying they had just finished the meal and it hadn’t made it in the bag. When we got home the rest of the food was generally fine but the wrap was stale and cold. I don’t know where they grabbed this item but it wasn’t just made.
Management needs to work on teaching staff to multi task and to ensure orders are made fresh.

I placed an order for to-go at 4:10 in the morning of the same day, it was ready at 4:30. Ordered 20 wings, and both boxes only had eight wings in each of them. At least they left a 25 wing sticker inside for me. Smh.
Edit: I just went into my other ten piece. Yup. Only eight we’re in there. Why are you like this? Just stop.
