We are snowbirds and visited Tucson last week at our townhouse at Skyline. I have been craving a well prepared steak for a while. I realize that beef prices are high, but the current rate of charging $100 for a state dinner just seems like a rip off to me. Thus, I was pleasantly surprised at what was offered at Firebird. I ordered a 12 ounce ribeye and it was cooked perfectly over Applewood and seasoned appropriately. It came, without additional charge with a loaded baked potato. My wife had filet mignon and we both thought it was one of the best steak dinners we’ve had in ages. The quality of the beef was excellent. The service was superb and the cooking of the steaks was done perfectly. I will be back again. However, I would note that it is not a place to walk into as the bar area is very busy and you need reservations.

This was our first visit and was an amazing find… We each ordered something different. The penny pasta with chicken the barbecue burger and I had the salmon with the lobster bisque over top… And a side of the ancient grains… The flavors were uniquely different and so fresh tasting… And very filling the portion sizes were very adequate… Then we were entertained as we sat at the large bar area the ladies making the drinks are Artist… Watching these artisans at work was this amazing… It was quite busy at the bar and they were making drinks left and right… As well as taking care of those at the bar… Faith was so kind and generous, and listened to the stories that I would share… You know… The dad stories… She was very gracious… We hope to come back again soon…

Was on a work trip out of state with coworkers and decided this place for dinner, it was amazing! The food was delicious (2 of us did their 3 course meal set that can out to about $40 each including a soup or salad, main and a dessert for each of us) and the drinks were nice too. It can be a little crowded and such but what good restaurant isn’t. Will definitely want to go again if travel there for work again

We stopped in on a Thursday at lunch and had a fabulous experience. The atmosphere was great, being clean, orderly and well decorated. The food (we ordered burgers and tots, one burger with mushrooms and bleu cheese steak topping on it) which were fantastic – fresh hot and prepared to order as well as tasting great. The real “seal the deal” experience was the absolutely astounding service we received from Alec! I’m a server and his service was PERFECT for us! I will go back and ask for him because he allows me to forget about “how will the service be and what do I need to ask for ahead of time so we get what we want” and simply ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE! When you go in I highly recommend that you ask for Alec (as in Baldwin) to serve you!

Great steak dinner. Service was good and the atmosphere comfortable and lively. The only negative is that our salad and steak came out less than 2 minutes from each other. To be fair we asked for rare steak so that may have been the cause. Still, the dinner was great and we will return.

Top Notch. Was not expecting that. Dining room was booked so we sat at the bar. Service was outstanding. Food was outstanding. Started out with onion rings and chicken wings. Their wings are some of the best I’ve ever had. Then went with the 3-course meal. Ceaser dressing was great. They make it in house. The top sirloin was so tender it was incredible. More tender than some filets I’ve had. And for dessert the creme Brule cheese cake. Yum. Highly recommend this place. Great atmosphere to top it all off.

Our food was excellent, it was our first time here. Our waiter was pleasant, happy, and did his job perfectly. We ordered ranch rings, and smothered tenderloin breakfast burrito, so much flavor it was amazing! Inside was very inviting and calm. We definitely enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be coming back to try the desserts since they looked heavenly. ✨✌

Only thing I did NOT like was the fact that there are NO changing tables for babies in the bathrooms, quite surprising for an establishment like this. Hopefully the owner of this place can put one in soon! ✌

Liz was an excellent server! We really enjoyed the report and timing of her arrivals. She minimized interruptions in our evening and delivered exceptional service and information about the menu. The meal was cooked and presented in a way that showed how much the experience of dining means to the restaurant.
