Always delicious. The service is always phenomenal and the food is just amazing. Quick service and very friendly staff. Andrea G. Was an amazing server and I will definitely be requesting her from now on. She was quick and attentive and was very accommodating. We just came to have a leisurely late lunch and she never made us feel rushed or hurried us out. An absolutely amazing experience.

The Scratch Grill was good but not necessarily great. The service was very good but I think the food could have been better. The salmon was a bit dry and the ancient grains didn’t have flavor. The chicken salad was very good, and so were the fried pickles. The chicken fried chicken was good but not wonderful. The cheesecake was OK but not amazing.
The service stood out for us. Our server was kind and attentive and had a good balance of knowing when to check in on us. We liked how there was the water carafe so we didn’t have to bother our server for refills.

First the happy hour was how its done. I had a $6.00 margarita and 1/2 of 2 appitizers. Amazing calamari appetizer with mouth watering crunchy breading seasoned to perfection 2 delicious dipps to smother the rings in and the shrooms were packed full with all kinds of glorious juicy yummy goodness. The we got the Mac Daddy and the Bucatini plates. Fantastic all around 100%.

Chicken Bucatini was amazing and the cheesecake was to die for. We went so we could watch the game while we had dinner. Several large screen TVs playing both the Royals have an Chiefs preseason game. Even with both games playing it was still not a frat house atmosphere and you could carry on a conversation. Only giving 4 stars for service because it’s awkward while your server is standing there waiting for you to tip and sign your tab. Kind of creepy 54th St.

Hate to write this review as this is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is great, and the customer service while at the restaurant is great. However, don’t try to order delivery from here. Especially if you have special requests/needs. I’ve ordered from here through DoorDash a total of four times. My wife has a food allergy and has to make adjustments to her pasta. Their page on DD doesn’t allow for specific change requests on menu items, only multiple choice. The first time we did this I was able to call in after placing the order to make the adjustments. The following three occurrences gave me nothing but problems, with tonight being the worst. No one picks up the main phone number after following their automated menu, and if it rings too many times it just takes you back to the start of the menu. I ended up having to call their curbside number to get through, and the employee gave me attitude over the fact the order was already done. If you had picked up the first 6 times I called I could have gotten the adjustments in sooner.
