I went through the drive-through and I asked in the at the drive-through when I ordered my food if I could, please have fresh fries and fresh Because the last time I was there, I got a cold quarter pounder with cheese and lukewarm fries. First of all they came to the window with what was not hot or warm and then they said you’ll need to pull forward and they left me out there for 10 minutes after already waiting for five minutes then they gave me the food and I told the guy what is going on and I said who is the manager and he said I am and I explained to him what happened and he said I understand, sir have a good day and walked off. I will not be going to this place again my quarter pounder was lukewarm again my french fries were hot and only half full.

Apparently none of the McDonald’s in this area are worth a crap. We went through drive thru and when we got our order they gave us the wrong sauce, didn’t give us enough straws, and didn’t put the cheese on my fiance’s sandwich. When he went back in to get it fixed the employee and manager were very rude to him. McDonald’s you need to get your employees under control and properly trained. This is ridiculous.

The McDonald’s in Chanute Kansas really is not great. The do not have a soda machine available in the lobby. They are for some reason so busy in the back the service in the lobby is poor. The term “fast food” is a misleading here. The service is not fast it is terribly slow. The trash cans were packed full of trash, the lobby not clean and why in the heck do they not have a soda dispenser available for dine in customers? Especially when you walk up to the counter and there is not a worker available to help you. We can go to a nice dine in restaurant and get better food, faster, and better service. And a better value. I would stake claim that the McDonald’s is one of the worst places to eat in Chanute Kansas.

This is probably my 3rd-5th visit in a row that it was just flat out sucked. I run a restaurant and would never serve what they have been servicing us. Bread hard as a rock. Food very cold. And all I got was we will try to do better. This McDonald’s need some new management for sure. Employees were talking about heroin at the window as well. Very very unhappy and will never be back.

And the younger manager had the audacity to call me a liar because because I ordered two hotcakes and only got one syrup packet. As I sit here in the drive thru, yet again, after yelling my children that the last time was the LAST time, after sitting here long enough to write my dissertation and also watch the entire set of movies of the classical masterpieces that are Harry Potter, in their entirety, I can not help but wonder…how in the hot, fresh hell Chick-fil-A can run the equivalent of a 6 lane highway at rush hour whilst simultaneously getting every customer in and out in under 5 minutes flat, not just sometimes…but every singular spectacular time. I mean, it truly ghasts my flabbers. Both of the people at the windows were very pleasant however. Anyways, sorry for the run on sentence. Gotta go. We’ve moved up an inch.

The I assume manager working tonight is yelling at the employees, is so rude to them and so loud she not only startled a little toddler the person with the toddler to have to leave. I hope she is just having a bad day and this is not a regular issue.

I guess the owner of this McDonalds doesn’t care about quality and customer satisfaction. We ate breakfast there this morning and it looked like someone took a bite out of all of our English muffins! Poor presentation, do better!!
