MOLD! I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy on 1/18/26 and the bun was very clearly molded! I don’t trust eating here now. I don’t know how the sandwich maker could miss something so obvious.

Food is ok except they are out of honey sauce, no kids meal toys and if service counts as ordering your own well it’s fine. Nasty bathroom no paper for my daughter, no paper towels, and men’s just gross. Pictures show a play land and it does not have one. So yes this is a frustrated review.

Food was fresh and tasted great. Unfortunately, the female drive thru attendant taking orders was incredibly difficult to understand. The combination of her accent and the intercom system made ordering rather taxing.

Food was terrible. Dined in with a family of 6. Order consisted of 2 big mac meals and 3 kids meals. The big macs did not come with any big Mac sauce. The one kids meal was a cheese burger that didnt have cheese. When asked for just the sauce and a slice of cheese they tried to argue about it and insinuated that they made the meals correctly. Afyer literally directing our sandwiches on the front counter and wasting 10 minutes we finally got 2 cups of big Mac sauce and and a slice of cheese just so we can make our sandwiches and enjoy our cold food! Thank you for your crap service

Stopped at the McDonald’s on Fields Ertel Rd and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and even when there was a small mistake with our order, they fixed it right away with a smile. We’ll definitely stop by again whenever we’re in the area!

This is the most unevenly serviced twin drive though I’ve ever seen. The one on the left will take 6 orders before the one on the right takes one. Kinda leaves a bad taste in your mouth when 6 cars that got there after you get serviced first.

The store was having a water issue being repaired and was in the process of opening up. The owner personally took our order and was very generous and friendly. We were traveling from out of town and were getting some meals for our children. We are grateful for his great personality and helpfulness.

One of the worst McDonald’s in the tri-state. Hours say open 24 hours and I’ve yet to receive service before 7am. My past few attempts going here in the morning I’ll sit in the drive thru to place an order and nobody ever acknowledges me to take my order then ill drive around and see the employees just standing around. Cant rate the food since I never get any but service doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Only one person could speak English, which yes they have kiosks to order on. But if you have an issue or need something additional there’s no way to get help. The heat would not cut off and it was so hot in there we were almost sweating in the middle of January. The water in the sink in the females restroom hardly worked.
