I loved the food, the service and the atmosphere it was awesome! My parents are elderly and they enjoyed it As well! It wasn’t too cold for them. The music was perfect.We were able to talk to each other. I give this place in them a 10 plus!

just wanted to enjoy dinner and as a server to server i really get when you’re weeded or busy but i don’t respect or understand being completely ignored. what started off okay just turned into food showing up before any drinks were brought. the server kept forgetting what we asked for and the food kept coming out before any refills or plates were taken out of the way. the table was a mess, no one checked back in and we have to keep asking multiple times for the same thing. we were only two people and ordered a decent check just to be mistreated. thankfully the food was decent even though the kid managed to get both orders wrong… not only was the job as a server not met but as a customer who understands the business a simple conversation would sufficed or apology for not even bare minimum hospitality.

Nestor was our server and he was seriously amazing! He took such good care of us and was so detail-oriented the entire time. Everything felt intentional and thoughtful. We were honestly shocked when he told us it was his first time serving and that we were his very first guests — you would never have known! He handled everything with so much confidence and professionalism.

I had the pleasure of visiting Duffy’s on Thanksgiving, and it was a great experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and got me the best seat in the house to watch the games.
The bartender, Nicole, was simply amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. I didn’t even need to ask for a refill; my glass was always topped off at just the right time. Her attentiveness extended beyond my service too as I noticed her service made many around the bar smile. Making the holiday experience well worth it.
Thank you Nicole and Duffy’s for a memorable holiday.

We had our Christmas party at Duffys on Okeechobee Blvd and Jog Rd. Our staff had a wonderful time together and Andrew was our waiter and he was very accommodating and the service was great. The food was great and the entertainment was awesome! Our principal and assistant principal had a lot of games for us to play and have fun together. We appreciate everything they do for us. We also love this Duffys location! It’s one of the best locations.

Couldn’t Even Get a Glass of Water
I came in last night after driving around for a while Winterfest was shut down, we got lost on a dead end road, so I was already tired and very thirsty.
When we walked into Duffy’s, there was no host anywhere. People at the bar didn’t acknowledge us. We literally stood in the middle of the dining room wondering if we were invisible.
I finally asked one of the girls walking by if we should seat ourselves. She said yes and that she’d bring menus. She brought them about 5 minutes later. I politely asked for water because I was really thirsty. She said the server would handle it.
Another 5 minutes go by before the server shows up. I order a drink and again ask for water. Server leaves… and immediately starts taking another table’s order instead of bringing something as simple as water. Meanwhile another girl is wiping down clean tables instead of helping.
At this point I’m dehydrated, frustrated, and honestly feeling a little panicky. I got up and asked another staff member directly for water. She said okay, then came back without water and said, “Your server will be with you.”
That was it for me. We got up and left. I didn’t yell, didn’t make a scene. I just did the universal “forget it” hand wave and walked out.
It should NOT take 15+ minutes and multiple requests just to get a glass of water.
The staff seemed disorganized and completely unaware of customers.
If you’re thirsty, do yourself a favor: bring your own water or choose another place.

Not only was the service excellent, but when an unexpected situation came up, they handled it quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Thank you for responding to our oversight with such integrity and leadership. They didn’t have to do what they did — but they chose to make it right.
That level of leadership and customer service is rare. It speaks volumes about how they value their guests and their reputation. That kind of service doesn’t go unnoticed.

Everything was great. The hostess Isabella made sure we had a good seat for trivia and the football game. Our server lacy was right on top of our drinks all night. Our food was great and we always love the 2-1 drinks. Also enjoyed their seasonal drink. The assistant manager Joe came by several times to see how we were doing and making sure we were having fun at trivia. Will definitely come back.
