I dont usually review fast food places but this place has the most amazing ladies I mean truly. These women at this location are kind, and always so nice. They may not know this but they have literally have changed my entire day on several occasions. Lifting my spirits with their bright smiles and sweet demeanor. Whoever is manager there please…thank every last woman in this place. They are Queens!! Thank you!!

Can this place not get an order right, I rarely eat here and this is why, they always get order wrong, usually when your in a hurry(Lunch rush). So what is this new impossible whopper… LOL. I have to admit I was pretty excited about a meatless option and couldn’t wait to try especially after everything I had read and all the ads I saw on TV. If the people in the ads really cannot tell this wasn’t beef and I don’t know what they’ve been eating all their lives, it look like it has been cut out with a cookie cutter.

Normally I always come here every couple weeks same thing with the chicken sandwiches and this time I got a few more items, Asked Only No mayo as someone in the house has a mayo allergy, had mayo on it. Plus they forgot the second sandwich the first time so, after going back through, they forgot the lettuce onion on it also.

Zero stars if it was possible! They Never make your order right. Everytime I’ve been here the food is wrong and does not taste good. The drive thru is awful! They have every single car pull forward and wait for their food to be brought out to them. By doing this it creates a long line and food is brought out cold once it’s your turn to get your order. I’ll never come back to this location. To save your money and sanity I would recommend going to another location. Avoid this place!!!

If I could give lower than 1 I would. Poor customer service. The drive through attendant told me to not use the app. Bc no matter what my order shows up behind people who order after me. How many cars after me? 3. I sat for 10 minutes after I stopped wasting my time and started to get ready to walk into the building as the attendant walks outside with my order. Never had service like that at any other Burger King but I was appalled.

This used to be the best BK in town. However, tonight, they were way off sadly. I placed my order on a new kiosk they added during the remodel while the manager was ringing up someone at the register. We both waited over 20 minutes for our food. The party of 2 ahead of me simply got 2 meals, and I waited that long for 2 whopper juniors.
Door dash people were standing around waiting for their orders, even after letting employees know they were there and waiting.
Drive-thru people were being pulled up and I only saw 3 drive-thru orders go out while we waited.
Sad that nothing seems to be like it once was.
