I ordered 2 sides of cheese sauce. If I combined the two tubs of sauce, it wouldn’t fill up one tub half way. About a teaspoon in each tub. If you’re out, give what you have to the customer and take the charge off. Stiffing them on the cheese AND still charging them is the worst thing to do.

If I could give them zero stars I would have. Guy sitting at the counter taking orders very rude. I have ordered just large patties over all the mid west. I ordered my normal 5 large patties. He rung up a triple and double burger. I stated that I always get charged this amount. He said no, you can talk to my manager. I said ok. He goes what she tells you is what it’s gonna be. Manager very rude and said I had to order the whole burger. She said you want to talk to my area supervisor I said sure. Area supervisor very rude too. He told me that’s not how they do it here. I walked out and called corporate. If I was treated better I would of placed my order. I will not go to this Wendy’s when traveling through WY.

Excellent stop over, fantastic set up, friendly people manning the counter. We were starving so everything looked good but it tasted great as well! Hooray for Wendy’s! The burgers were fresh, the fries were hot and the peach lemonade (special promotion) was just out of this world! One of only 11 Wendy’s in the entire state!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Pulled in through drive through and wasn’t greeted in the most kind tone was almost rushed when ordering, pulled up to the window and the lady who I assume was the manager on shift was so rude, we tried to check our bags to make sure everything was in there and she was almost offended, we took her word got home and checks our bags and the chili and baconator fry we tried to check for at the window wasn’t in there when she assured us it was. We called back and she proceeded to give us even more attitude like it was our fault when it could’ve been prevented if she wasn’t so irritated when we tried to check at the window. She hung up on us then wouldn’t even take the moment to face us and apologize. If she doesn’t like her job quit there’s many people willing to have her spot.

We were waiting for our food for 45 minutes. They have a system where you can see that your order is in progress or ready. When we saw our name under ready, we went up and an employee rudely told us to keep waiting after providing no help at all. Finally, they have our food ready, but it was missing the cold brews and the fries. Slow service and one employee in particular was extremely rude.

On February 23, 2025 around 10pm. I order food at the Drive Thru. The lady taking my order was very polite and understanding and kept her emotions to herself although I could tell she was tired. The man working the kitchen however, was very unhappy and made sure that I knew. After I ordered my food, but before I was asked if there would be anything else or even given a total amount due. The Kitchen man, had stated very loudly and very annoyed “seriously? What are you people doing to me?!?”
Again the woman maintained proper composure gave me a total and I proceeded to the window. As I got there I gave her my payment. I, politely as possible asked her, to let the man know that, half of the customers for the Gillette location had just gotten into town from work due to a fire closing HWY 59 and most of us had been actively working for 12-16 hrs and we just made it home safely from the mines and oil field locations past wright, WY. So we were just as unhappy, but that the store is open until 11pm.
I understand his frustration, as I have worked fast food also. Other people, may not understand because they have only been in the mine or oil industries and they worker longer and harder.
However, I also know that you keep your emotions and impolite things away from the customers buying the food to support the paycheck given to you.

Ordered on the app and they just skipped our order then tried saying they didnt have it till the manager cane over and went through the list n then showed our order the service here is always horrible n workers rude n the food is really not that good either never worth the wait
