Before one decides to eat here, do yourself a favour and check the toilets to get a flavour of the hygiene of this place. For us it was when our starter arrived, see picture, when we realised that there are low cleaning standards not only in their toilets, but also behind the screens, ie in the kitchen – as cooking oils isn’t changed frequently enough. Our starter was tempura! Needless to say, we paid for the drinks and packed our bags… It’s up to you!

This restaurant sells authentic Japanese food, which was 10/10!!!We tried their bento box, their noodles and their sushi all 10/10.However beware that they don’t have that much dessert options at all:(

We got into the restaurant as a family of 4 on a Sunday night and there was nobody else there, we sat down as there was nobody at the front counter. Waited 20 minutes until a man finally came out and took our order. We sat there in silence for about an hour waiting for our food while we saw delivery drivers being asked to wait 15 minutes yet it took over 40 minutes. We got our drinks with no ice and terrible portions and had to wait another hour for our food to finally come. When it came we had NO PLATES. We ordered barely any sushi yet it took over an hour. We payed an overpriced £60 for 8 California roles and 4 hand roles. Service was terrible as there was only a waiter for 5% of the time. The food was nice nothing else.

We had a lovely meal here with our two kids and baby on Monday. Everything was made fresh and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The pork bone broth on the ramen was super cloudy just how it should be, you can tell it’s been made properly and the sashimi was incredibly clean and fresh. We look forward to going back again soon

Ignore the 1 star review the woman leaving that review looks like she would be happy eating a chicken ball through a tennis racket. Anyway me and my friend had an amazing time I’m glad we stumbled upon it! The food was amazing the staff were super friendly and it was quite cosy in there as it felt like you was in someone’s dinning room. Ideal place for a date as was nice and accommodating. This is now my favourite restaurant!

Such a lovely find in Bedford! We had bento, Californian maki rolls and bubble tea for dinner and all were good! I will definitely try the other food in the menu next time 🙂

The experience you imagine when someone says you’re taken care of at a mom n pop restaurant.
Service on par with the food, both were excellent. Best Katsu I’ve had in the UK run by genuinely nice people. The bubble tea was so balanced and nice rather than pumped full of sugar. Can’t recommend them enough.

This place is Amazing, and the food was incredible.
Don’t expect luxury, but the staff are incredibly friendly, the service is superb and the food is by far the best Sushi and Japanese food you’ll find for miles around.

Friendly welcome and accommodating staff. Food was amazing, we got a Bento box each which included lots of little side dishes that were really authentic and tasty. Would definitely return if in the area.
