Ugh where do I start? The food? Completely and totally subpar. Not at all worth the $124 we spent. Customer service? Absolutely nonexistent. Admittedly it was crowded and the line was long but shouldn’t you be prepared for this? The girl at the front seemed unfamiliar with the menu and when we finally get to where it’s our turn to order she leaves us for 10 minutes. (I timed it) We order and wait on our food. We ordered four separate meals. When they finally call our name, they miss one whole order. I point this out and they actually cop an attitude. The woman in the back forcefully tells me that there was only three to which I correct her. One of the other men in the back corrects her and says that I did in fact have a fourth order. I had to tell them it also included a side. When we get that order they once again leave our side off. I was already irritated with the wait and the customer service so I told them to forget it. The only upside to this entire outing was their Mac n cheese.
Never again. Bad food. Atrocious customer service. And paid for more than I received.
The only way this is still in business has to be because people are familiar with them. There’s no way it’s because of the food.
