The store is clean, the service is fast, and she goes above and beyond to help each customer.
She always shows professionalism, respect, integrity, diligence, excellent communication, hospitality, and customer service.
She knows the menu!
When I’m unsure what to order, she always has great recommendations.

My husband and I visited the ice cream shop at about 9:30pm. They were still open and the service was amazing. There were 2 girls eager and happy to serve us. They were friendly and kind. Our ice cream was delicious! Thank you for a nice dessert!

The Manager, Natalie, was very friendly. I also noticed the kindness she showed to her young employees. The store is very clean. The Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad was fresh, loaded with strawberries, blueberries and pineapple, along with a very tender chicken…delicious! The next time we are traveling through Guymon, we will definitely stop and eat there again.

Absolutely FILTHY. TERRIBLE customer service, couldn’t be bothered to either stock the store or let staff know they were out of basic items. Literally filth on every table, seat, and surface. Honestly this is the second time ever we’ve stepped foot in this chain and both locations were filthy and horrible. I’m guessing this is a chain that can be skipped.

We had an issue with our order at Braum’s, but the manager went above and beyond to make it right. They were incredibly professional, kind, and made sure we left happy. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days, and it really made a great impression.

They are very slow to wait on you. Walked to the ice cream line at 3:00 and nobody in front of us. Took 10 before anyone acknowledged us. There were employees standing around doing nothing. After we finally got our order and went to sit down, almost every table was dirty. The floor was nasty. Beverage bar was horrible nasty. There were 2 managers present at the time. There seems to be no manager supervision every time we go in. There are 3 or 4 employees that do their job very well and are always friendly.

Every time I go here, I was to yell at everyone going to McDums, “What are you doing!?”. Braums is sooo much better. My girls got ice cream cones that were cheaper than others, larger and tasted by far better. I love their ice cream but their burgers are terrific too. We literally change our route so we can get Braums.
