We showed up with 22 girls (ages 5–11) and a few sprinkled-in parents, and from the moment we walked in, we were treated like top-quality customers. That says a lot!
Rasa and GIGI were absolutely incredible — patient, attentive, hands-on, and so kind with our large group. They handled everything with professionalism and positive energy. Any small errors that came up were fixed quickly and with an amazing attitude. That level of service truly makes a difference, especially with a group our size.
Lauren, the manager, was also wonderful. She was present, supportive of her team, and made sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell there’s strong leadership in place.
We truly appreciate the hospitality and care shown to our team. Thank you all for making our evening such a great one!

A very disappointing dining experience.
We arrived as a small group during a time when it was quiet. After placing our order, we waited & waited & waited & waited. How is sherbert did not come out and communicate what was going on as we only found out after one of our friends got up and wondered where our food was.
The dish I had ordered was simple. Hey salad with strips of chicken. I received my salad which was nothing but lettuce add chicken strips. We were surprised they didn’t put tomatoes or other vegetables on it. It was probably one of the most expensive lettuce & chicken salads we’ve had.
The place was fairly clean except for our table as it wasn’t wiped down well.
There were no handicap accessibility issues. ♿

Stopped into Buffalo Wild Wings today after placing a mobile app order, and everything was on point. Walked in, grabbed my food, and was right back out — quick, smooth, and super friendly service.
Whoever prepared my order deserves major props — I didn’t catch his name this time, but the food was amazing. The wings were perfect, and that dry rub… absolutely love it. I’ll definitely make a point to grab a name next time so I can shout them out to the manager.
Being back in the restaurant reminded me what a great spot it is for catching sporting events, too. Great food, great service, great atmosphere — this is why “Wings. Beer. Sports.” just fits.

Came in on a Thursday afternoon was a little busy for just having one server on. But our server Tony was great, he stayed on top of everything and made sure we were doing alright. Clean atmosphere and Amazing service!!

We were seated very fast, no wait time. Our server was very busy but yet she stayed on top of our drinks and made sure we had everything we need. We did have a mix up with our food however Mark the evening manager made sure he fixed our order and made sure we were taken care of! Keep up the good work!

Cynn was a fantastic server. She was very polite and helpful with anything I needed and I did not have to ask her to get any drink refills. She had them out for me before I had to ask. The wings were great. I would definitely recommend this location of Buffalo Wild Wings if you are in the area.

i would give zero stars if i could. i’ve been here 3 times in the past year and everytime is lackluster, the service is shitty and the food just doesn’t even compare to other BWW locations in stl. My most recent experience was why I will never visit this location again. I came in with a party of 3 and was seated quickly (the only good thing) but ended up getting up and leaving after 30 mins without a server or anyone coming to our table to even just get a drink order. Just really ridiculous. Really disappointed in this place even more so given the area.

We selected dine in for this visit. The booth we were escorted to was dirty. We had to ask to have it cleaned. There is a sign on the door advising of longer wait times for food due to being short staffed. However, we received our appetizers and meal quickly. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Our wing order was missing one of the selected flavors and our waitress was quick to rectify. The experience overall was good minus the dirty booth. I totally recommend giving this location a try.

Services horrible we had to ask for a check five times from three different people one being the general manager who ignored our requests to cash out. Then I was charged $30 for an appetizer and a drink but I had to get on a train so I did not have any more time to stand around. Horrible experience and paid WAY too much for a sampler and a drink.
