We stopped in this location after a long day of driving over 10 hours. I ordered from my app on my phone. My son and I walked up to the counter area to wait for our order while my husband and daughter waited in a booth. There were about seven people waiting for their orders at the front counter. There were six boys sitting at a table who were also waiting for their food. My son and I waited for 15 or more minutes while they were slowly getting the food for the other guests who were waiting at the counter. Finally they asked us what our order was and said it was just started. The lady who looked like a supervisor was getting food for an order when she accidentally knocked the bag to the ground and had to start over. She later sneezed over the food area where she was getting orders ready while not covering her mouth. We finally got our food after waiting more than 20 minutes for it and didn’t have our drink cups. I took the food to my husband and then went to get our drinks. The ice got stuck in the machine when I was getting our 4th drink out of 4 and the ice got stuck and would not come out. I tried to get it to work and it didn’t. I asked my son to take the cup to the front and have them fill it for me with some ice. They said it would be a minute, but no one ever got it for him. He waited for about five minutes while no one was at the front counter area any longer. I got upset with waiting and left my cup by the soda fountains as one of the fountains had a sign on it that it was out of order. When I finally tried my food the fries were cold and not fully cooked and the chicken nuggets were also not fully cooked.
We were so disappointed with the service that we did not eat and threw the food away.
I would give this location a zero star rating but it would not allow me to.
If I were the franchise owner if this was not a corporate store, I would really look at the staff and service to ensure my guests were taken care of as this location has had multiple reviews that they would rate this location less than one star, but they were not able to leave zero star rating.

My boyfriend put in an online order at 10:15 pm, and when we got there (i worked the mapco across the street and we went over as soon as he put it in) they said “we’re short staffed it’ll be a minute before we can get to you” We said thats fine and waited (there was maybe 3 cars in the parking lot including us) we waited for about 10-15 minutes. They now keep coming up with excuses “oh the pies are made to order do you still want to wait?” we said yes. Then they came back out about 10 minutes later “the online ticket didn’t tell us how to make the burgers until just now so we have to remake the burgers, are y’all good with that wait or do y’all want a refund?” We said yes to the wait. About 10 more minutes goes by and they come out again and say “no one put in the pies so we have to wait on those or you can get a refund” (you mean the pies that were supposed to be put in 30 minutes ago?) But we still said yeah we’ll wait. tell me why we left an hour after getting there, there WASN’T many customers because they kept telling everyone they were short staffed and behind, they WEREN’T BEHIND ON ANYTHING they just didn’t want to do it. I will NOT be going back!

Won’t be returning to this location. I know reviews don’t really make a difference to the company because they make so much money anyway and it’s probably just a waste of my time but this was one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and I have done A LOT of traveling in my life and visited a lot of McDonald’s. I ordered a double cheeseburger, 1 because that 2nd piece of cheese really makes a difference and there was only 1 piece of cheese, 2 I asked for extra onions ON the burger and there was basically less than the normal amount actually in between the buns as you can see in the pics I’ve included they were all over the outside of the bun and mostly on the wrapper, 3 it barely room temperature by the time we got it. Our fries were old and ice cold so when we saw them take fresh ones out of the fryer we asked for those. The chicken nuggets were fine, and so was my snack wrap. But the employees also weren’t the friendliest, one of them was going on and on and on about how much the snack wraps suck the entire time we were inside which was about 20 minutes…..yes it took about 20 minutes for us to receive a large fry, 6 piece nuggets, snack wrap and double cheeseburger. Over the past few years McDonald’s has been getting worse and worse and it’s just really a waste of money to even go there at this point because I always have a complaint, and I’m really not hard to please.

Came in the morning and was declined service due to the restaurant not being open. Employees ignored me until I finally drove around to the payment window and sat there for a few minutes. I am unsure how the restaurant’s closure was communicated to customers as the drive thru window sign said it was open 24 hours Friday-Sunday and it also shows the same on Google Maps. Lights in the restaurant were completely on, as well. Unless this was just a way to not have to take an order, they need to have this updated.

Cashier was rude and ignored us when we went to pay. The young man that brought out out food didn’t even know who to give it to, he could’ve given it to the wrong party. To top it all off none of our orders were right. Do not recommend.

If I could give this location a negative star review I would it was ridiculous…..out of 4 orders they got 0 correct on multiple tries on each order .they did have a issue with he kiosks but 3 out of 4 employees just stood there with hands in pockets while the manager ran around and messed up all the orders. Do better…if they can’t handle a hiccup as small as what they had then hire nee people cause all of these need fired. If they worked for me they would gone.

This mcdonald’s is the epitome of the stereotypical mcdonald’s. they NEVER have milkshakes, they NEVER have smoothies & if they do, they only ever have one flavor. they seem to always have a shortage somewhere somehow. they close early, can’t take card at times, can’t do soda and so much more. They are extremely slow and pull you up half the time. they’ve been bad for months and years at this point i don’t even know how they have customers. get it together

Very disappointing as we are a family of four on our way home from a vacation been on the road all day, we where hungry after we stopped for the night, just to go in and have to wait over 30 minutes for our food for it to be cold and gross. The burger tastes old. Fries where cold and just plain gross. Not only where we disappointed in our meals but there were others waiting for smaller meals for over 40+ minutes. Management was cussing at employees and yelling in the back FOH guy at register didn’t know what he was doing and blamed everyone else for the mess ups, then just stood there not helping anyone in the back.

came to this mcdonald’s with an uber eats order and was told to go thru the drive thru after trying to enter the store waited in line i also ordered a snack wrap and a medium sweet tea. waited in line for over an hour after i paid for my 5 dollar order and was in line to get to the pick up window when the who i assume to be the general manager called me back to reverse to the pay window
she asked what i had i told her uber eats she said she didn’t have it because they stop uber eats at 10:40 i got there at 10:15. Also the uber customer told me she had been waiting for her food for 2 hours so she had the food. when i got there at and she also told me i didn’t pay for my order i gave her my receipt and with my receipt in her hand she told me i still didn’t not pay. it took them another 15 minutes to get my food with her arguing saying i didn’t pay. Another employee came to the window with my food after 15 minutes and apologized This lady honestly deserves to be fired as it is very clear she can not run a store and she also had young employees working off the clock. i hope this can be resolved but we will never return to this sorry excuse for a restaurant
