Let me first start by saying my carhop was so sweet and very friendly. The only complaint I have is the quality of the food.This may or may not be a location issue. Perhaps even a corporate issue. The food quality of Sonic has gone downhill over the years. I ran out to Sonic this morning on Pine Island. It is a 20 min drive for me. When I got home I was flabbergasted. The breakfast croissants were miniature, bacon was burnt, and there was barely egg on the sandwich. What happened to the normal size croissants? I thought it was a joke. I mean, look at the pictures. They don’t lie.

Stopped by around 12 noon on a Tuesday. We decided to park and order from the giant Kiosk. I ordered the 5-piece Crispy Chicken Tenders Combo which came with Fries and a Soda. I also ordered a Soft Pretzel Twist to go with it. It was easy to order at the Kiosk, but I had to repeat parts of my order a couple times until they got it right. You can Pay for it right at the Kiosk, but my card would not work in there. My order came out fast and I paid for it as the delivery guy had a credit card machine with him. My Chicken Tenders were a tad overdone, the Fries were crinkle cut and were good. There was nothing special about the Pretzel Twist, it was ok. All our food was hot and edible but once again nothing spectacular. I give this Sonic 3 out of 5 stars.

Well the cheeseburger was cooked well and I had no problem with it. But the shake I received was another story. I guess it was supposed to be a hot fudge milkshake but it could have been best been described as chocolate flavored milk. I say this because it had a regular liquid consistency. It had no properties that one would call a frozen bended drink. Especially with a price above 6 dollars a person would expect more. Do your self a favor and stay away from their shake products.

Were sooooo dry , I had cheese come with it and it was hard as hell. I didn’t eat my fried . I ordered chicken tenders and them tenders were dark as hell. Like biting into a shell . The burger was a bit burnt . Overall the food was so mid. I spent like $120 on the food here and was totally not worth it . They don’t care how much money you spend . The workers there do not care what they give you , as long as they’re getting paid to do so , they’ll serve you a rock for all I know . You’re better off ordering McDonalds. I would not recommend buying food here . Slushies are good tho

Not to sure what happened with the shift at sonic at 1:36pm on 9/1 , but Shannell had an attitude at the Odering window, seemed flustered at the window, gave me my sandwiches with clearly missing some toppings. Dr.pepper was clearly not changed out in the back, so she had to get me another soda, and no ranch with the jalapeño poppers I had to ask for that, it’s my son fav I know it comes with ranch. The struggle buss was real this day, doesn’t mean you half ass an order I pay for!!! Also one sandwich which is mine is missing, I was going to keep pushing things back in the window because I had 2 hungry teenage boys!

All I ordered was a strawberry limeade and a small tater tot. I sat there waiting for over 30 minutes multiple times I press the button. No one answered. I ended up leaving with nothing. This has happened multiple times where all I order is one or two things and it takes over 20 minutes When I’m one of the only people there. It’s insane. It’s literally just sprite, strawberry purée and limes. It’s not that hard.

Sonic’s hash browns are legendary! We also love their drinks. Whenever we are in the area we make sure to grab our favorites! Sit down outside and have a meal. The staff is kind and helpful. The food never disappoints for Sonic grub and we are happy with the experience. Mind you, it is fast food but we like it way better than the Golden Arches any day!

My wife and I ordered the double smash burger combos and was delivered fast by the extremely nice waitress. We took everything home for our dinner and from the first bite I was sick to my stomach; the damn burger was RAW MEAT inside but seared in the outside.
I’m so disgusted with this I’ll NEVER eat there ever again. I’m fairly open minded about this kind of thing, and had it been busy, I would have possibly understood but there was only two cars there out of the entire lot and one was leaving when we pulled in.
The tots were luke warm and there was so much ice in the drinks you got two, maybe three good sips before it was emptied out.
Absolutely disgusting and the WORST Ive had the displeasure of throwing my money away on.
I pass by there everyday, but assure you, I will NEVER set one foot towards that place again.

Multiple times I have put in a mobile order, arrived at the located, check in, and waited. And waited. I’m currently sitting in the drive thru hoping to be able to just get my 2 drinks I ordered. I pushed the button and asked about the status after 10 minutes of waiting and then again after 20. Finally I decided to just come to the drive thru.
The girl who answered on the speaker multiple times hollered through the restaurant asking if someone could find my order.
I was finally able to get my order at the window but was offered nothing for my wait and frustration. When I asked she was able to give me A free medium limeade. Not even equal to what I just ordered. I used to love this sonic but I have to say I’m probably not going to be back.

I came here had just a little issue with being heard at the intercom, that was fine but she didn’t hear me say no veggies, and they did customize my shake for me. But it was just off like it was extra water-y and not thick at all also the whip cream just tasted off. I did go back and speak with someone had it remade and replaced the drink completely got the burger back completely bare and extremely over cooked.
