Stopped by the In-N-Out burger in RSM to pick up lunch for my wife and I. I went through the drive thru and was quite impressed how organized the two lanes into one was managed by the employee taking orders. She was kind, efficient and professional. The druve thru was very efficient and I picked up the two double double burgers, fries and drinks in minutes. Very impressive.

We love this location! Sandra is an amazing person. However, last night was our first Not so good experience. The guy taking our order on drive thru didn’t take it right, didn’t repeat it back to me, didn’t suggest which car to follow. Only when I got to the pay window I realized he hadn’t added what I had asked, which obviously ended up in a longer wait for everyone, and getting some uncomfortable looks from other employees maybe thinking it was my fault. Also kids hot cocoa was pretty bland last night, and although we asked for marshmallows we didn’t get any. Just a sad rainy experience.

The food was good but not as great as the lines make it out to be. I was in town so I wanted to try it. The lines were so long especially for the drive through so i went in. So I’d avoid the drive though especially on The Weekends. Burger was good but not amazing. The fries are pretty dry and not flavorful. The shakes are good but not very unique or amazing.

This in n out location is great. So clean, the employees are nice, not to mention, there was an employee handing out hats and activity packets to the kids. He was so kind. The wait time was reasonable. We aren’t out here much, but if you are this is the location to go to.
