I stopped in, honestly, just to use the restroom. It was occupied. The fella that came out didn’t look embarrassed, but he should have. There was piss all over the toilet seat, and the toilet was so full I didn’t dare try to flush it. I went out and asked a crew member, and she was fantastic! Her name was Nora, and she and Scotty got right on it and took care of business. They were so friendly. I wish they worked at my local McDonald’s! I also spoke with Patti, the manager, who was also great. I did buy food, because I don’t like just going in for the bathroom, no matter a restaurant or a gas station… I’ll buy something. After I got my food, there were a could of apple pies that I didn’t order! Again, such nice people!

12/30 KS#13 / Side1 Order 82 @ 10:28. I work in Readi g so I’m here almost every other day for break. Today the lady that took my order didn’t make it into a meal. So I kindly asked once I got to the first window, but instead of doing so the older lady shakes her head and closing the window. She didn’t acknowledge my request and didn’t open the window nvk up until I pulled forward. An even than I was still charged full amount for all items instead of it being a meal. The price didn’t bother me as much as the attitude did. You would have thought I asked her to donate blood or add more food. I’ve worked for McDonalds for 3 years as a teenager, there’s a “make meal” button on the screen but you have to press the items that are off to the side first, then press “make meal” that’s why I was confused by the attitude. Service was a 0 because of her. I’ve never had issues at this McDonald’s before.

Follow me on FB for videos and more food and restaurant reviews, Leah Roberts I gave food 1 star because they have been out of ice cream and Expresso for weeks. I have paid for a Expresso shot in my coffee twice and not even gotten a refund because they just wander off and don’t pay much attention to the front. Yesterday I paid for extras in my iced coffee that I didn’t get but McDonald’s employee had walked away and I didn’t have time to stand there and wait to tell them. This particular time I stood in the front of the store at the counter for almost 20 minutes without even being acknowledged when workers were walking past me before I pulled my phone out to record how much longer it would take. I turned my camera off because I thought an employee was approaching me which still didn’t happen for several minutes after I turn the camera off.

After a horrible experience on the way home at the Hunt Road Blue Ash location my wife and I stopped here at ol reliable. Barely got home and she was already halfway through a burger. I was in and out of the drive thru in under five minutes. The order was right, food was hot and the service at both windows was very nice. Thank you again for making a long day end on a good note!

I keep hoping this location will improve because it is the most convenient for us, but the service is consistently abysmal. Tonight was the breaking point. At 10:19 PM, my fiancée was told the store was “closed for maintenance until morning” while she watched two employees just sitting at a table in the lobby. The system still took her money for an order she never received. When I called to resolve the issue, an employee named Daniel was incredibly snippy and gave me a massive attitude. This is not the first or even the third time this has happened. It is a blatant pattern of employees avoiding work while on the clock. I am done giving this location chances.

The food came out quickly. Everything was nice at the front of the house. Customer service was great. Didn’t really have any complaints until I went to the bathroom. I’ll leave the pictures to explain that.

In the drive thru they gave me very dark greasy soggy chicken strips. They were almost stone code. I want sure they were safe to eat and was back at my desk by then so I tossed them.

I just left from the drive thu around 1130 and I was the only car in line so after 4 minutes he said on the speaker one second please I said ok I waited for at least 5 more minutes and I started saying hello hello and he said one second again i nicely said you said that 5 minutes ago no exaggeration he took my order after waited 10 minutes with no other cars in line when I came to the pick-up windows it was ready right away I was in a rush already because I had to go to the bathroom so I didn’t check my food but I then started eating my fries when I was a block away a they were not even warm at all i started to turn around but o just waisted time there already so I called when I got home to tell them but no answer

I had a mobile order for the drive thru, I got my food, come home and see my sandwich looking like this. Are y’all trying to kill and get people sick??? Someone there needs to be held responsible for this huge issue!.. Burgers are supposed to be cooked all the way thru and not show any pink at all.. gross.
