I have to say that it was the best decision of the day going to Olive Garden to eat! Our server’s name was “Becky”and she did a wonderful job!!! She was so sweet and stayed on top of our refills and whatever we needed… when we come back, we are most definitely asking for Becky. The food came out promptly and it was DELICIOUS!!!! Thank u for such a wonderful experience…best visit to Olive Garden so far !

We had a fantastic experience with the Christiansburg location’s catering services! Ordering online was absolutely flawless, and the restaurant’s confirmation and interim communications were timely, clear, and reassuring. Our pasta station was prepared right on schedule, packaged beautifully, and was hot and fresh upon our arrival. Both the Management and the ToGo team took wonderful care of us from start to finish. We truly appreciate their attention to detail and exceptional service. We Highly recommend the Christiansburg team for all of your catering needs!

I was there on Tuesday 6/10/25 for an early dinner with my daughter, her friend, and her friend’s mom. Our server was absolutely beyond amazing!!! She took really great care of us!! She went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service. We also loved her personality and professionalism. The calamari was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. It was cooked to perfection. My daughter’s friend really enjoyed the chicken gnocchi soup. The only small things I would note as maybe room for improvement is the Parmesan breaded lasagna fritters, they were pretty dry, the other mom said the inside was empty filling wise and there wasn’t much sauce either. I ordered the zuppa toscana which is supposed to have kale and it did not have any. Aside from those small notes, everything else was incredible and we will most definitely return to dine in when we are back in the area. The restaurant also seemed very well maintained/clean.

I definitely recommend Olive Garden in Christiansburg Va. i usually order curbside and get the Chicken Gnocchi Soup and it is ALWAYS SO GOOD!! Their curbside service is great!! Quick and Friendly! I’ve also eaten inside and it’s definitely up to par! Friendly servers and hosts/hostesses. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean even when they are busy. I definitely recommend checking out Olive Garden in Cburg Va!!

Typical Olive Garden food. The service was lacking a little, and when asking for more breadsticks, it takes 10mins to get them. I guess they stopped giving out the mints at the end of the meal, or my waitress failed to give me any.

Worst service ever. Restaurant was not even a quarter full, our waitress had one other table. It took her 8 minutes to come to the table and acknowledge us. It took another half hour for our food to come out and I had cold fettuccine Alfredo. She did not stop back by the table to see how everything was. When leaving the young hostesses were joking around with each other and did not acknowledge our departure. I have worked in the service industry for over 30 years and can understand when service is off due to business levels but when there are almost as many people working as there are eating, this kind of service is not acceptable.

The salads & fried shrimp fritta were excellent. Not a fan of their spaghetti sauce they use in lasagna, it didnt hv any garlic & had a weird herb taste i couldnt identify. The lasagna filling was excellent. The linguine in white sauce is great. The chicken parmesan was tough & dry as though it was old or nuked. Breadsticks didnt gave any garlic on them either. Is there a shortage?The watermelon, ginger & fruit wine drink was excellent(forget name). Waiter was friendly, attentive & helpful. Will go back but wont get red sauce again.
