Awesome place! First time customers and the bartender Katie was super knowledgeable about the beers and food and super attentive even with full bar! Great locals Shawn and Jay, we met there as well. Super excited to find this gem and we will be back again! The pastrami was delicious!!! can’t wait until next time.

Good food! Heard it was veteran owned but did not verify. Nice atmosphere. Soco wings are DELICIOUS, the garlic cheese whiskey sauce is a must try! The smoked shredded pork on sweet potato fries were delicious. Hot tip: Order a side if maple syrup for a sweet and savory appetizer.

I had an awesome experience at The Crooked Spoon in Groveland! The lobster grilled cheese was absolutely delicious rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The yuca fries were amazing, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, a perfect complement to the meal. The service was excellent from start to finish attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I had a hamburger it was delicious, I asked for well done and it wasn’t dry it was juicy ! I like the idea of their chips instead of fries, they were scrumptious . The service was great. The staffs service they attended well and with a smile.

I was here for a business dinner and our server was excellent, very knowledgeable about the “made from scratch” menu and a bright and friendly attitude!! Everyone enjoyed the appetizers with the pretzel bread with beer cheese fondue being voted the best !! The Texas dry rubbed wings and fried calamari were not far behind !! The pork chops stole the show in both taste and presentation! The team commented on how delicious the sandwiches they had choosen were.

As seen on food network, this restaurant has such unique dishes that are each something of their own. I appreciate that this place is not only just a meal but displays the true meaning of the culinary arts. The blue cheese balsamic glazed kettle chips are a MUST try appetizer. (pictured) I have been here quite a few times, I never leave disappointed.

Katie was absolutely fantastic at The Crooked Spoon today! From the moment I sat down, she made the experience 10 times better with her friendly attitude, great recommendations, and fast service. The food came out perfect, the beer was ice cold, and she checked in at all the right times without ever hovering. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. If you’re stopping by The Crooked Spoon, ask for Katie—you won’t be disappointed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Invited here by a Clermont friend whose recommendations I trust, and it did not disappoint. We were a party of about 12, which is always hard for a restaurant. The server handled us well, although both drink and food timing were very slow, which I don’t think was her fault. Everyone seemed pleased with their choice. My own meatloaf, mashed and (subbed) green beans were delicious. I thought the serving ample, though not the size where I could take half home. Prices were fair for the quality and originality offered. Atmosphere is fairly noisy and bar-like, with lots of TVs. I’d appreciate a quieter style to emphasize the food, but that’s not the trend in most eateries these days. Worth a stop if you’re in the area.

First time at Crooked Spoon. We had reservations as we had 8 in our party. Got there and they couldn’t find the reservation but straight away they said they were sorry but if we could give them a few minutes, they would have a spot for us!! After being seated waitress was right there taking drink
Orders and the app orders. For dinner several of us ordered the Grouper Rueben. My wife shared with our friend. Plenty big enough to share….. it was good but not great. I think it could have been blacked or seasoned more, at least for me.
Thought the food was a really good value. Waitress was very good and atmosphere was relaxed/casual. Next time we will try the outdoor seating. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed
