We came here for dinner after considering a lot of other options, we were pleasantly satisfied with the food quality and quantity and the overall service.
The minestrone soup and bottomless salad (unlimited refills) were good.
The pastas we ordered were decent and came in very large portions, we ended up packing some of it for the next day of our trip.
Sisi was a very friendly waitress.

My son and I stopped around lunchtime and it was extremely busy. We only had to wait about 10 mins to be seated which wasn’t bad at all. From the minute we sat down, to the point we finished our meal everything was amazing. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, the food we had was enough for 3 meals afterwards! This was our 1st time here, but we can’t wait to go back again.

I came to this location, never having come to an Olive Garden before and am so glad that I did. The food was good but the service was even better. It’s not everyday you have the true warmth of a waitress but I can absolutely say my family and I did. I’m not sure how to spell her name but I believe i was told her name was Alicia. I am from Vermont, visiting the water park with my kids and coming here to Olive Garden was such a pleasant experience. Alicia was so kind and bright. She was so pleasant and her presence made our experience so wonderful. I am a mother who came here with 4 kids, ages 6,7,14 and 15. She was so patient and kind. Even my kids were raving about how nice she was! This woman deserves a plaque and a raise I usually feel stressed out going to out with all the kids but this is the first time I did not feel stressed or overwhelmed and I’m sure it was a lot to do with her peaceful presence. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience Alicia!

Stopped in today to have some good old Olive Garden for lunch. The service was on point and with a bright smile. Lindsey was wonderful. Attentive and kind. The food was delicious as always. I was there and I felt like family.

We went on a Sunday night for a group of about 20 peoples including 12 young kids. While managing the kids was a bit chaotic, the staff was really patient, accomodating and comprehensive. Excellent service!

I know this may seem weird for a major chain restaurant but the meals we had were very good. The entrees came out fresh, tasty and hot. No sitting around in the kitchen. I had a raspberry lemonade which was very refreshing. Only complaint was the signature bread sticks were a bit stale.

The Olive Garden outlet at Lake George has always provided good service, but this time was a bit disappointing due to a few dishes. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The ambiance was pleasant, with ample space for free parking. The tables were clean, and overall, we had a nice time with the family. However, the Alfredo Pasta was undercooked, and the sauce didn’t cover the pasta properly, leaving it tasting almost raw. Additionally, the Artichoke Dip was served in a smaller portion than at other outlets, and it seemed overcooked and dry. Despite this, I’d be happy to visit again may be next time we will get better food no complains about service. We were very hungry, so we didn’t raise a complaint.
