Love coming here since it first opened. Hard not to stop every time we drive by. Our favs are the burgers, Salads and fish and of course the custard. The fries are soo good. My only complaint after all these years is once in the drive thru my root beer cup had ice in it. And lately I find the cheese curds too salty for my taste. Keep up the great work people. Oh and maybe a third location would be great.

I’ve been coming to this Culver’s forever and never had a problem. Went through drive through tonight 10/11/25 (car 80) and the girl who gave us our food was unnecessarily rude. She didn’t greet or confirm our order/name and literally dropped our bag while handing it over. Good thing my boyfriend caught it. She acted like she was so offended having to bring us our order and turned around to go back in without saying anything. I said “Excuse me?” but she acted like she didn’t hear me. I won’t be coming back here.

I’ve had a few disappointing experiences at this location. Recently, I ordered the Flavor of the Day in a waffle cone, but they served it in a dish instead and offered an empty cone on the side—clearly not what I asked for. Additionally, we ordered grilled chicken with Swiss cheese, but when we came home and checked, there was no Swiss cheese on it. On another visit, we were asked to wait for our order in the drive-thru, but after 30 minutes, no one brought the food out. I had to go back through the drive-thru to pick it up. The lack of attention to orders and service is frustrating and needs improvement.
