We’ve become our go-to spot at this Grapevine location. The Works Burger and fries are consistently outstanding. Despite being on the busy Main Street filled with tourists, the restaurant maintains a clean, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere.
Tammy, one of the managers, is exceptionally warm and professional. Avery always remembers our usual order — she’s attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable. It’s truly a pleasure seeing them each time we visit.

Jake’s Burgers never disappoints! The food tastes amazing — every bite was full of flavor. Our waiter, Isaak, was fantastic! He gave great suggestions, kept us laughing, and really made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere and vibes are perfect, super fun and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Once we were seated and given menus, it took a long time for our actual waiter to even greet us and take our drink order, I was able to look over the full menu and place my whole order when he walked up. The mozzarella sticks were great. The chocolate milkshakes were great. But the other food was disappointing. I ordered the chicken fried chicken, it was too spicy for some reason & I asked the waiter if this is normal, and his response was “its not THAT Spicy “, I said, its kinda spicy, is that how you always make it? My 2yr old cant eat it, and i wasnt aware it would be spicyor id picked something else to share with him… he again said, its really not that spicy, we get that alot but its not that spicy. I said yeah for me and my toddler it IS spicy, I feel like i should have been warned if (he gets that alot). cant say his tolerance is the same for everyone, im slightly annoying that he openly admitted he gets that feed back alot but he disagrees about it being spicy.. i also ordered the kids menu burger for my son and it was dry, and came with fake American cheese when i said NO cheese. , but after the odd interaction over the “spicy” chicken fried chicken, i wasnt even in the mood to bring it up, i was able to peel most of the plastic cheese off since it wasn’t really melted too much, but no amount of ketchup could trick my kid into eating the dry crusty burger. Overall just disappointed i spent my money on food we couldn’t eat, But the milkshakes and fried mozzarella sticks held us over till we went down the street and ate somewhere else.

This was my first time at this location, I came here with my parents. I ordered the Hot Hickory Quesadilla and Jack’s Fries. AMAZING. The food was not simple and you could taste every individual flavor and ingredient in the food. Our server was Ruben and he was extremely welcoming and nice to us as well. Will be coming here again without a doubt!

The atmosphere at Jake’s in Grapevine was relaxing and peaceful. Our waitress, Christy, was super helpful and courteous. Without me saying anything, Christy noticed that I did not care for the new drink I ordered and offered to replace it with something else, which she did. Throughout the evening, she checked on us and asked if we needed anything. Our food choices were tasty. My only change would be to use thinner bread for the grilled cheese sandwich. Just a personal preference! We will definitely return to this Jake’s location.

ake’s has become our “go to” in Grapevine for fast, friendly service – even during busy times! When other establishments are quoting hours for a table, try Jake’s! The bar area is first come, first served, and we have had great luck it. Jake’s food is tasty and always prepared as ordered. And they have a lot of fun drinks to try as well.

We came here because there were good reviews. We were not disappointed. The burger I had was amazing. It had beef, pork, onion rings, BBQ sauce, pickles, I don’t know what else other than it was so good. We also got sweet potato fries. When I dipped them in the sauce I was surprised. It wasn’t ranch it was marshmallow sauce. I’d come back just for that. The staff was great.

We love eating at Jakes.
This location is never overly crowded, so we have never had to wait. The white queso is addicting. I got the breakfast burger, but the camera doesn’t do it justice. I would get it again. I have also had the double cheese burger. It was just as good, if not better.
If you order an alcoholic drink, it can take a bit to get it, which is why I rated the service 1 star lower. If you don’t order your drink when you get there, you may not get it until after you have gotten your food and finished eating.
The fries are good as well; we added the salt ourselves.
Due to the area there is no dedicated parking, from what I can tell. However, later in the day, there are typically open parking spots right in front. Otherwise, we typically park in a parking lot for a separate business that is across the street.
