Dear establishment,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the hygiene standards at your establishment. I have recently observed several customers and staff members failing to wash their hands after using the restroom facilities.
While I understand the difficulty of monitoring personal hygiene, I would like to suggest the following measures to help maintain a cleaner environment and prevent the spread of bacteria:
1. Hire bathroom attendants to sanitize facilities and provide reminders to guests to wash their hands.
2. Assign associates to specific aisles to monitor the handling of merchandise and offer hand sanitizer to customers before they touch food, drinks, or other items.
While hygiene is a personal choice at home, public spaces require higher standards to ensure community health. I believe that implementing these measures will significantly contribute to a healthier environment for everyone.

The wait times in the afternoon is usually ridiculous. The food is hardly ever fresh. I’ve bought large meals on numerous occasions and they hardly ever fill my drink cup all of the way; if that’s the case I would’ve just ordered a medium if I’m not receiving what I actually paid for. I don’t know if it’s because staff just doesn’t know how to pace themselves and the food they distribute but often times than not you will not get fresh food coming here unless you ask or maybe go inside

Food is OK. It’s a very busy location. If you don’t want to wait long drive-thru lines, recommend going inside, but still there is some wait time. There’s some nice staff.

I come in the line at 11:35 wait for a whole 10 minutes for nobody to be there. Decide “mmm I should pull up because as a food manager myself they are supposed to be serving people till close”. Apparently they stop an hour early. Now who is running nights to be like that somebody demote that guy .

What a rip off wow i see why mcdonalds is going down the tube and lost so much in the stock market 4.79 for a mcdouble use to be 1 dollar what a scam. Not to mention the food and the service sucks. Go to a real restaurant the foods way better and you will probably save a few bucks definitely better for you

It was almost 12′ o’clock midnight so it wasn’t packed. They were preparing to close. They were all polite and the food was hot,fresh and made quickly. The only thing that I didn’t agree with was 3 college ( freshmen age) from Russia didn’t have a charger for the phone and they were told that Noone has a charger they could use for 5 minutes so they could leave. I gave them mine and everyone left on time. But everything else was great. Ive been there 20 times before and this was the best trip.
