This location is very hit-or-miss. I come here a lot while I’m traveling to and from Huntsville and Montgomery, and sometimes the service and food are great, and other times they’re really bad. Yesterday, on the way home, I ordered fries; they were cold and super salty. Tonight on the way down to Birmingham after I stop for gas at the Chevron, I drive over to the drive-through and order some nuggets with some fries and a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge, which is what I order every time I come here. My fries were lukewarm, my nuggets were overcooked, but they were not hot /fresh either and they almost forgot my sundae. I had to ask for it at the window when I asked, they made it a regular sundae with a little bit of fudge and I was asked “ hey is this extra fudge?” And they’re like “we can get some” and it’s literally like one pump of fudge. Which is okay, I understand procedures and food cost. However, my problem is that the fudge wasn’t even hot. It’s cold fudge like they’re warmers not on or anything and it really upsets me because I spend my money here for like a quick snack late at night when I’m Driving a few times a week. And for the fact that there’s usually only one or two cars in the drive-through, they should be making things cooked to order unless they’re super busy. The order taker/cashier was great, but the expo window could use some work. Sometimes it’s really really great again, but sometimes it really is just a very disappointing experience and as someone who works as a Regional Director for another restaurant franchise, I would be disappointed if this was my store.

Stopped to get breakfast before a trip and wish we didn’t… it’s cold outside so the thought of a hot coffee and breakfast sounded like a great idea. We were the only car in line and after ordering we were told to pull forward. When they brought our meal out and coffee’s, everything was thrown in random boxes. We got a big breakfast delux and a steak sandwich with two hot Carmel lattes. The employee informed us they are out of the breakfast trays so they had to use boxes. That’s fine I understand and that’s not a big deal. We pulled away and when getting the food out realized there’s no syrup, ketchup, or a fork.. bummer since we already got to the highway and was not turning around. When going to get a drink of the coffee they were ice cold. Not even warm, they took iced coffee and put it in hot cups. Worst way to spend $24. If you’re looking to get breakfast I’d recommend going somewhere else to spend your money.

NEGATIVE FIVE!
Oh my goodness! This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s ANYWHERE. My family drove down from NC to visit my husband’s uncle. We were exhausted and just wanted to grab something and get to the hotel. We placed our order in the drive-thru and when we got to the window, we were asked to pull up to wait for our order to be brought out. Ok that’s not uncommon. 5 minutes passed. 10 minutes passed. 15 minutes passed. Our patience was diminishing by the second. There was an athletic team in the dining room so we figured maybe they were short staffed and really busy. At the 30 minute mark, my husband went in. They told him the forgot to bring it out! Smh They were apologetic but SERIOUSLY?!!
Oh but it gets better! We dragged our tired selves to the hotel and got settled in our rooms. I’m tired and hungry so I’m happy to just relax. I take a couple of bites of the burger. I don’t know what made me look at the burger, but when I did, I saw pink!
I’m appalled and utterly disgusted! Be warned. The negative reviews are true! I’m not eating at any McDonald’s in Alabama ever again!

This McDonald’s is very hit or miss, they always leave something out of the order though. I usually don’t mind, but today I minded. First they gave me the wrong order, so went inside to get the right one and they gave me a burnt up McMuffin and the lady at the counter had a lot of attitude about it. Was more worried about hitting her vape at the drive thru window and talking than doing her job.

I went to McDonald’s in Priceville Al 2/19/2026 and ordered the 10 piece nuggets cooked as ordered ok they pulled me for 5 min they brought my order and when I bit into the nuggets omg they where hard so I went inside and they corrected it. Then the next morning around 10 I went to get me a mcchicken sandwich they pulled me waited 6 min they brought it out when I got home bit into the sandwich it was so hard I couldn’t chew it when I say priceville McDonald’s needs to hire new people or have a meeting with their employees it’s sad when you go and get food it should be cook right

The food was good and the staff was nice. My concern was that they were out of burritos and thought they were out of apple pies and it was only 9:30 in the morning

I have no idea why they’re not capable of putting ice in their drinks. They also fill it to the absolute top of the cup so when you take a drink you’re wearing half of it. The same goes for coffee in the morning, which can create a very dangerous situation.

Absolute last time I’ll visit this McDonalds.

Okay here’s little rundown of my experience.

I order my food, pull up to the first window, I sit there for three or four minutes and think, well maybe she said pull to the second window. I pull up behind the car at the second window and sit there for another 3 or 4 minutes before I hear “excuse me sir”, so a backup and pay.

Get to the second window Guy has me a bag and says “have a nice day”, and I’m like “where’s my drink” ? He replys “you didn’t have a drink”. I look in the bag and it’s not my order, I handed back to him and say “I had a #2 large sized with a coke”.
That’s when the Mass confusion set in. Another lady walked up said diet Coke tried to hand it to me and I was like no it’s supposed to be regular Coke. So this lady was apparently sick or something she coughed like three times while I was dealing with her and that’s a big turnoff for me and food. She asked me to pull up while they prepare my order, I just got my money back and left.

I had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes during the whole process.

I left and went to Burger King.

Was in line for 45 minutes before I drove away. They dropped the person’s order two on the ground cars ahead of me and that was the closest any one got to getting any food for 45 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous. I was the fourth car in line and when I left there were car wrapped around to the highway.
