Ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal. Get up there and asked to pull forward. As I’m pulling forward I hear them mention quarter pounder. I stopped said “I didn’t order a quarter pounder”. She said “Oh, you ordered the triple cheese?” I said “No! I ordered a #9.”. The girl in the red shirt, who I’m assuming is a manager says “You’re don’t have to yell.” Now, remember, at this point, I’m in between the window and rail. Anyway, to get to the point. I am sure she gave me last night’s food. Positive. The buns were rock hard, (and that’s not good for burgers). They are clearly old burgers. Its only 11:15am.

I get breakfast at the drive thru 6/7 times a week. Both the week day and weekend crew are amazing! My life has been difficult the last few years. And my day starts with smiling faces, kindness, and “the best burrito and hash brown!” Thank you for starting my days with sunshine!!

This Mcdonald’s is a hit and miss. Sometimes you get all of your food and sometimes you do not. This one specifically always has me pull to the curb, and I understand sometimes the person behind might have 1 thing and that would be better for the common good but this is everytime. The food portions are always under the normal amount of what I have always gotten. I have worked at fast food before and some places have a competitive race between stores like who can have the fastest drive thru time, but pulling people for someone to run it out 30 seconds later is not going to kill your time for that day. The special drinks like iced coffees are also always 7/8s full. Overall if you have eagerness to go into the store and order at counter then you WILL save time. Also some employees are really friendly.

Waited 45 minutes for my food and it was NASTY. Asked for a refund and they said no manager was there. Didn’t get my refund but got my nasty food. Just ridiculous. The guy next to me got a slimy cheeseburger like the one someone pictured in a previous review.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Night shift employees are rude and lazy including management. I was cussed at and refused service because I didn’t want to use the kiosk to order. Never got to order with a person. Then was forced to take a refund when the manager threw my money back at me while saying they are not going to make my order because they don’t want to. I will gladly go to Wendy’s instead.

This is typically my go to McDonald’s but the past year I’ve gone here all I’ve had is issues out of this one all the employees including the management is rude as hell. When they do make mistakes and you try to get it fixed, they treat you like you’re dumb and They did nothing wrong. Don’t even ask for a drink carrier if you go through the drive-through because you’ll just get the window slammed on you.

Sitting here trying to eat and all we hear is a blonde girl employee talking so loud, we could hear her in the bathrooms. As in she was screwing around and playing with other employees.These are all teenagers working, and they are WAY TO LOUD.
