I stopped by for my lunch to pick up something to eat on the go and I came across sonic. I haven’t been to a sonics in a long time, but man. Do they have the best drinks ever!!! I’m going to start coming here a little bit more often drink selections that they have, that burgers are pretty good.And right now , you can get a great lunch special. They have the best fries ever!!! Really wish they sold queso with it.

With all these reviews, this place should be shut down. 2 weeks ago, my daughter wanted Chick Fila, but they are closed, so we decided for Sonics, a huge mistake.

We bought a chicken sandwich for my 10 year old daughter. She was not paying attention, and she tends to talk a lot, so she did not realize until she ate more than half. When she went to share, we realized it was raw.

The cheeseburger was gross. The garlic cheeseburger was good.

I texted the 866 # on the receipt. All they did was just apologize. And my daughter was sick the next day vomiting and aches for a few days.

My wife and I thought we have an easy drive in experience. We ordered online.

When we arrived we checked into stall five.

The screen said welcome with my name on it and told us our order was being made in the kitchen.

After 15 minutes I received on the screen that an employees name was bringing our food out.

After waiting another five minutes I press the red button to ask where my order was.

The employee asked if I even checked in.

I told them we did and it said someone was bringing our food. My name on the screen disappeared.

After another 10 minutes of waiting, I went inside to see where our food was.

After a couple minutes waiting inside the employee came out with my food.

We waited over 30 minutes or longer for food.

We just got done getting groceries and we just wanted to get home with our dinner.

When we got home we found that our order was not made to our request. Our footling coney dogs have no onion on three of them.

We ordered onions on all three and ordered mustard packets on the side.

Never received either.

Just not a pleasant experience when we ordered online. We thought that would be easier.

The speaker at this location for the drive thru had an issue with the volume so it was a little difficult to hear the kid taking our order. Unfortunately it seems he got frustrated and starting yelling with an attitude. We left without completing our order. Would not return.

Went yesterday to get breakfast, sat at the speaker box and waited nearly 5 minutes then drove off. No one acknowledged I was there. This seems to be a thing as it’s happened to me before on previous occasions. Guess their hours aren’t accurate – mind you this was between 830 & 9 AM.

Wow! Maybe the worst service I’ve had in a long time! After work me and an employee decided to hurry over to sonic. It was about half an hour before sonic closed. The window person was incredibly rude! Look, I get it.. it’s getting close to the end of the night, you probably don’t want any more customers but I’m a late night worker too…I know not to treat customers that way. When I got to the window I thanked the employee when he handed me my food… if looks could kill I’d be dead right now… oh and I ended up getting fries instead of tots so my order wasn’t even right… but there was no way I was going back. Your establishment is only as good as who you have working for it…. do better sonic!
