This place was a crapshow at 4pm on a saturday. Numerous issues including waiting forever for food, employees wandering around like the walking dead, no one taking control, just a really subpar experience for one of my favorite fast food places. Whoever was running expo was completely incompetent. They also installed the lids backwards in the dispenser so they wouldn’t come out unless you ripped them. Just a poorly run place.

The America-themed decor and church business cards in the bathrooms are extremely off-putting; keep your lunatic opinions to yourself. I expect my order to be correct, as it consistently is at other competent Culver’s locations. The customer service was abysmal, there were several mistakes on my order and then they had the audacity to charge me 50¢ for their error after receiving my food, leaving me to wait with my custard melting. Do wayyy better.

Not sure how my burger is so cold it didn’t even melt the cheese 20 minutes after I bought it. It shouldhave been hot and fresh for as busy as the restaurant was.
Took my order of a single bacon culvers deluxe to go. When I stopped to eat it the cheese was still cold and solid. I decided to eat it anyway and the bun was stale.

We used to absolutely love this Culver’s location. The food was always great and fresh. I don’t know what happened but the past few times we’ve been the food was not what it used to be and the service isn’t great either. Lots of people playing around and not paying attention to the food. Our fries were stale and we sat in the drive thru for at least 15 mins waiting for food although the restaurant and drive thru were not busy, in fact, we were the only car in the pull up area. One of the burgers we got looked like it had been stepped on and there were finger holes in the bottom bun. The cheese curds tasted like fish and the coke was syrupy. I really hope they get it together and this is just a temporary thing while they are training people, because the current quality of the food isn’t worth the price and we are hesitant to return since this keeps happening. If I want stale food I’ll just go to McDonald’s lol

I was looking forward to the pork tenderloin sandwich! I used to order it all the time when we lived in Illinois. I was really disappointed. It was dry and overcooked and mostly breading. Will not order it again! My husband liked his burger and the fries were hot and delicious!

Idk who was working tonight but my food was terrible! All my fries were cold and tasted old and then my burgers were also cold and made poorly. Didn’t include my cheese sauce and gave me unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. I eat at Culver’s at least once a week because of how the food taste but tonight I am very disappointed.

Wonderful customer service and food. Everything was fresh and hot. My burger was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Ruben sandwich and that was incredibly yummy. His only complaint was for it to be a tad warmer but the place was so busy I’m not going to complain. Ten out of ten. How did you all manage to keep the fries so warm? Love this place, food is always delicious. Even on days like today when they are super busy, it’s always clean in here. We love the cheese curds the most and my kids love the “free scoop” coupon on the kids meal! It’s a good way for us to get them to eat all their food. Thanks for great service and food!

Fantastic single butter burger with everything on it! Hubby got the double with side of fries and curds. Burgers are smashed styled with super fresh veggies. You could hear the crunch in each bite of the lettuce and onions . Highly recommend. Was made fresh on the spot and took minutes.
