We do this because the health & vitality of the Earth & all of Her creatures is very important to us. It is for this reason that we create each dish in celebration for this divine experience in gratitude for Earth’s abundant gifts made possible by each element: Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Spirit. From growing to harvesting, sourcing, preparing & delivering this nutritious delicious food, we aspire to be present to life’s bounty. Our specially selected ingredients are often locally grown including from our home orchards and food forest garden oasis.

I had the pleasure of enjoying an amazing lunch at ChocolaTree in Sedona. The staff is wonderful and all of the food was amazing!
I had the margarita pizza and curry potato cake. They had a special pumpkin bread with macadamia nut butter, so I got an order of that to share with my friends. I had the cherry cola to drink.
All of the food is gluten free and all natural! Much of it is vegan, too.
My friends tried other things, like sandwiches and the live appetizer platter and it was all very fresh and tasty.
We ate in the garden and it was such a great place to enjoy a meal.
If you are going to be in Sedona and want a healthy meal, I highly recommend this restaurant!!

I’ve been here twice, and both times were a delight! The food is healthy and tasty which is hard for restaurants to nail. During my most recent visit we stopped here first for lunch as a nice spot to unwind after the drive from Phoenix. They have a garden area to dine in that is beautiful and peaceful. You order at the counter and pick a table where the food is brought out to you. Water is self serve out of copper cups which we loved! There is also excellent indoor seating if preferred. The guy at the counter helped us decide what to eat and he was super friendly and a delight to talk to. The whole place is cute and really vibes with the new age culture of Sedona. Keep in mind all the food here is vegetarian with a ton of vegan options. I am neither vegetarian or vegan but I enjoyed the food just the same! We had the Mushroom fantasy, saffron dhal, quesadilla, herb and avocado sandwich, Thai salad and ginger lemonade, all were excellent! Portions are not huge, but just right!

Great spot for vegan food. We noticed that some of the dishes had South Indian elements like dosa and uttapam, which was such a nice surprise. The drinks were pretty unique, and not overly sweet (which I appreciated). They also have some interesting, unique-tasting chocolates – we grabbed a few for the road.

went after a chilly & rainy hike at devil’s arch & it was a lovely place to warm up! absolutely loved the atmosphere & decor. great allergen-friendly & healthy food selection (i am gluten free & i believe everything on their menu is gluten free & vegetarian!)
i got the activate “who needs coffee” latte & MAN was it GOOD! i did get it without the coconut oil, but i was worried it would taste too earthy but it genuinely was better than their actual hot chocolate (& tasted more like hot chocolate)!

for food, i got a side of 3 bean chili (navy, kidney & turtle beans, celery, bell pepper, onion, garlic, minced jalapeño, & cilantro) & a side of roasted sweet potato. i will say, the food was a bit cold BUT the workers were more than happy to warm it up/remake it for us. both dishes were great — the sweet potatoes were soft & the beans were delicious. my sister also got the three bean chili & enjoyed it, my dad got the fiesta bowl & ate it all, & my mom really liked her corn chowder stew. we got two dosas, but didn’t really like them at all/find them to be an authentic dosa.
we also had to get some chocolates, of course! i chose the honey banana chocolate truffle (did not like) & maple hazelnut ganache blonde truffle (LOVED!). we also got the maple café mocha (my dad liked it), honey raspberry tart truffle, maple roasted pistachio blonde ganache truffle, maple lil peanut butter cup (my sister liked this one), & the maple chocolate chai truffle.
they also offer a selection of medicinal/herbal/hippie/crystal products which were fun to browse.
fun place! would recommend & come again if we ever visit sedona again. their outdoor patio seems lovely but it was cold & rainy.

The portions are huge! If you are not used to organic food you may want to avoid as my friend was less than impressed. I personally thought the food was fabulous! They also have a huge selection of organic items for purchase. Such a fun place

The BEST place in town!! The bakery has treats I can actually eat and they are wonderful. I stopped for a treat every day on my vacation! I haven’t had table sugar in years and it was refreshing to have a ton of options that tasted sooooo good. That chocolate cookie was the best thing I ate all week. Highly recommend the butterfinger -better than its namesake! The burrito was excellent – also as leftovers. All staff was so kind and helpful and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. It was great as a visitor and I could see myself hanging out here if I was a local.
Big thanks to this business for being here. Not only do I get real treats, but I can eat here worry free as a vegetarian who chooses gluten free and limits some foods for sensitivities. I looked forward to eating out!

We ate here several times and our favorite things were the Gratitude Burrito (the homemade dosa it’s wrapped in is so delicious!), the Saffron Coconut Dahl, the golden milk, and the sweet potato brownie. They were so delicious and flavorful. We’d also recommend their homemade herbal chai and the activate latte.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Stayed in Sedona four days and ate here 7 times. Had just about everything on the menu. I loved the Live Sampler and Mystic Melt. The chocolates are such a delight. Wonderful environment to sit and eat. The people that work there have amazing energy – Daniel was so kind to us. I look forward to coming back here again.
