I never complain at fast food places and am very patient because I remember my experiences as an employee all through my teens.
HOWEVER, I am so tired of coming here and now avoid it because something is ALWAYS missing and the food is never fresh and gets tossed in the bag with no care. Today, we were in a rush after a school event and we decided to stop. $45 to feed our family of 3 and not only is this the quality of food we were served, but they did in fact forget to give us our drinks and had to pull up and wait for them to get brought out so they could make their drive thru time. Stopped here for breakfast and told the ladies at the window this morning this was the best McDonald’s Ive ever been to. They were slammed, but quick – efficient- on point – verified my order at both windows. Fast and on point the way “fast” food should be. I usually try to avoid McDonald’s due to poor customer service experiences in the past but this one changed my mind. I’m all for upping minimum wage to a liveable wage but for that to work, you have to work FOR it. The employees here showed what that looks like. Thanks!

they are so rude ……….. was sitting at the mic for 5 minutes they act like they couldn’t hear then when another car pulls up they took theirs first, like i wasn’t sitting there, and backed up and went to the OTHER lane in case they couldn’t hear. I DON’T UNDERSTAND?? I asked for her name after I expressed to her that I was waiting there multiple minutes, all she says BOTH TIMES is “What can i get for you…” completely ignoring the issue. CAN I GET SOME BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ?? at least say I apologize, no I didn’t hear it ringing or something..

Never really had a bad experience here. The food is usually really good. Sometimes service is a little slow but nothing crazy.

This food was soggy and disgusting. Frys under cooked, mccrispy tasted like it was setting in a warmer. I want fresh unhealthy fast food when I go not disgusting undercooked fast food. Manager should definitely be fired for running her store like that

I placed an online order, got there two minutes after 10 pm and they supposedly closed. Google says they’re open until midnight. What a poor experience. I tried to explain to the lady doing drive thru the app wouldn’t let me cancel because it was being made and she basically hung up the speaker. Very rude. I won’t be back here to spend money. I’ll stick to my regular store off Newtown Rd. S much better mcdonals

We ordered a online order went too pick it up almost 3 hours before closing time, had to call inside because drive thru had cars but no one came to take orders, older african american lady got extremely rude on the phone after we asked was anyone available to take orders at window after waiting yelling telling us they have families and don’t have to take no orders, so we pulled around to ask about how we could get our refund because we already had paid and she just kept cutting me off we closed and kept repeating it and said we don’t have to give u no food and kept repeating maintenance with a nasty attitude when all I wanted was information on a refund. Customer service extremely horrible.

Please please please stop using the prerecording in the drive thru asking if we are using the mobile app. It’s makes zero sense. What is the purpose? If we answer the recording there is no one there to hear it and then they come on the speaker and ask the same question. So stupid. You need to ditch it immediately. In fact stop asking at all. It’s incredibly annoying

Drive thru guest this evening,seems like somethings are in place to give better service I see effort I do see it it’s not quite there yet tho the food was almost hot ,it still was just warm a bit dry ,felt like the burger was old ,my fries were undercooked the back Drive thru girl was super nice I’ve never seen her before there,her greeting was welcoming and answered my pie question ,im glad pies were available. Every Guest deserves a hello (second windows),(Food window)it is not customer service ,server etiquette to just open a window and push food and drink towards the guests with no words at all even when the guest says hello and thank you ,the brand deserves better for the money were both spending
