I recently visited Applebee’s and had a very enjoyable experience. The food was served hot and tasted great—flavorful, well-cooked, and satisfying. The service was also impressive; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, making it a comfortable place to dine. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, as the restaurant was tidy and well-kept. Overall, it was a great visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ordered curbside pickup. People parked in the curbside pickup spots so we couldn’t park there to get our food. Had to park in the thoroughfare with hazards on. Called their number to let them know. They were rude and hurried me off the phone, saying my order wasn’t finished, even though I was there on time. Had to go into the restaurant to pick up my food instead of them bringing it out. Find out that the order was ready, by the time I got it, the food was Luke warm. Applebee’s is one of my favorite restaurants, but this was unacceptable. PS. If you’re not ordering curbside pickup, don’t park in those spots.

The appetizer never showed up and when the server brought our dinner plates I told her. She immediately turned on her heals and took our plates back. Without an explanation she just left. Then ten minutes later she brought the appetizer. She said our dinner plates were on the warmer. They didn’t lower our bill or offer us a bigger appetizer or anything. I wasn’t very satisfied with the service there.

I took our family to the Gresham Applebee’s this evening and was blown away by the efficiency & communication by the all-female serving team. Our server, Bethany, was friendly, funny and checked on us repeatedly without being intrusive. We were checked on numerous times within minutes of being seated, various servers coming by to make sure we weren’t waiting too long.
Throughout our meal, we were surrounded by a constant chorus of murmured comments as the staff navigated the busy floor, warning each other as they swarmed past with steaming plates, squeezed by with each other with trays of drinks. Bethany was perfectly conversational without lingering, swooping in and out seamlessly to deliver drinks, apps and entrees while removing empty plates, without disrupting our family conversation even a bit.
Yes, the food was good, and we greatly appreciate the discount/deals. But the service was EXCEPTIONAL and will be the reason we return. 🙂

Perfect place to bring your family and friends. We enjoyed a late Saturday lunch. The waitress was friendly as well as the rest of the staff. The menu was easy to understand, except I didn’t read the entire description and found out that the item I chose had something in it I don’t eat. When it arrived and I noticed that ingredient the waitress offered me something else. She didn’t make me feel like an idiot.
My favorite actually was the house salad with lemon and oil dressing! My husband was happy about his dish also.

We went for Valentine Dinner. Arrived at 5 pm so it wasn’t too busy. We were seated right away with our menus. Then Nothing but crickets!! No One came to to offer drinks. No Hello, How are you doing tonight? Nothing!! Totally ignored. Finally after 10 minutes I asked the girls cleaning tables if we were supposed to order our own food and drinks. They said they would get a server. Meanwhile there was a server busy gossiping with this couple across from us. Other people came by and said hello to them, so evidently one of those people had worked at Applebee’s. When we finally got service the food was good, but the experience was negative. Won’t be back. Next time it will be another restaurant instead.

Had dinner at Applebee’s in Gresham, Oregon. The Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes was very delicious. The food was well prepared. The service was excellent and so was the price.I would definitely consider having this meal again. If you find yourself in Gresham, this is definitely a great place to stop and enjoy very delicious food.

It was nice. Super clean the lady was friendly, they gave me my salad like if it was suppose to be an appetizer but it was suppose to come when I got my burger and I ended up getting it way before my meal. Other then that no problem pretty nice place.
