By the worst chick fil I’ve ever been to I currently work in food service so I understand a mistake but the teenagers running this chick fil a screwed up my order not once not twice not three time but four times and gave me two of the wrong drinks not to mention the rotting lettus

My grandson likes chik fil a. So You get my business. I dont eat fastfood. I’ve no complaints though. Employees are taught good service practice. If they use it in every day life theyy could become exceptional people in this age when kids are seldom taught good manners and respect for others.

I requested that the hash browns be made well done. I was informed that this store will not make anything well done. Frequently the hash browns taste cold, soggy, and undercooked and I was trying to avoid that. My efforts failed and they tasted cold, soggy, and undercooked.
I was also informed that they would not make lunch items early. Again, this was a first.
The staff and owner/operator were very friendly.
This is the first time I have ever been to a CfA and left without a totally positive experience. I will probably not be returning to this location and that is also something that I have never said.

This still a horrible location. Zero people in the drive through. Zero other people waiting curbside. Maybe 6 cars in the lot. took 14 minutes for a curbside order and they still refused to make their hash browns not soggy. This location is terrible..

“My pleasure” they’re signature phrase and they did it throughout the visit! Top Notch from start to finish, even to see an employee doing an incredible cleaning in the bathroom. Probably the best Customer Service, employees working, I may have ever seen!!!! May I add it was noon and lots of students on lunch hour. I was impressed and may I add I had 25 years restaurant experience!

Only putting 4 stars because we go to this one all time went today around 6:20pm order 3057. Ordered 2 Cobb salads with double ranch didn’t get ranch at all but was charged for it. She didn’t asked if I wanted chicken on it or not. So they gave me regular chicken patty on there and I didn’t want that. So I ordered 12 grilled nuggets but only got 8 grilled nuggets. Didn’t have time to go back just disappointed been coming here for 5 years. First time this has happened

I’ve been to other Chick-Fil-A locations and this one has been the BEST by far… they got my order out within 2 minutes of me ordering and the quality of the food is always good. The service was also amazing and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Great job, Chick-Fil-A!

Ordered a salad for pick up, get home and notice I was given a kids meal chicken nuggets. Go back to the restaurant and get my salad. Get back home to notice the lettuce is disgusting. The water at the bottom of the container is brown and they still gave me the wrong salad. I will not be going there for a third time. Y’all need to sort out your quality assurance.
