Pretty disappointed with my meal today. The chicken nuggets were overly salty and the kale salad was soggy — definitely not up to the usual Chick-fil-A standard.

My 4-year-old daughter loves chicken nuggets very much and can eat a lot of them each time. But this time, she only ate one and then threw up. At first, I was angry at her behavior, so I had to take all the remaining ones home. When I tasted one at home, I found it was bitter. And almost every piece was bitter. I was very disappointed.

Took a long time to get thru drive thru. My food was not any good by the time I got it and exciting out of the drive thru is beyond frightening with cars zooming towards you from right you can’t see them until your out. The drive thru guys couldn’t have cared less about customers. Other reviews mentioned food not as good, I agree. Others mentioned poor service and why isn’t someone explaining why the bitter flavor and child that was sick? I wasted time from the start of long line to now leaving this poor review.

Apparently the code for spicy chicken salad is grilled filet chicken salad. But when you get the spicy chicken salad and ask them to correct it they bring you a slab if chicken from a sandwich to slice yourself with a plastic knife…

Food is good at this location. The staff is always nice and pleasant. The only problem I have is this location is by far the slowest I’ve been to. I don’t go at busy times either. Side note: mobile thru makes no sense and is slower than the normal line.

Counter service was exemplary. Food was as good as any fast food can be. Restaurant looked like it had been through an onslaught of customers that overwhelmed their ability to keep it clean…debris everywhere. Trash on the floor. Tables used, not wiped.
